peeps4u:This is where comprehensive insurance comes in. Saves arguement. Cars insured comprehensively does not still give drivers power to drives recklessly. And some accidents occurs where no one is at fault. With comprehensive insuranca( right insurance companies oo). You are covered |

izzou:I love the way you and pope191 did justice to the question asked by peeps4u. In addition, I would say it is imparative in the case of accident for both the driver and the owner to come together and work it out because to me the property belongs virtually to both parties since its creating income for both ends. Not all owner partners have that much and as a matter of fact most of them depend on the weekly remittance to keep up with their family so it will be inhuman for anyone to be reckless or dont contribute incase of repairs that requires huge sum of money. My opinion though I might be wrong. 2 Likes |

Felicity0001: You're not wrong Firstly, the property belongs to the partner. You are just renting it for a week. Also, the only solution is to do a comprehensive insurance. But then, like you said, some partners can't really afford that. So that is why a driver must be careful. I'm young, but I must confess, most young guys driving on Uber are very reckless with the cars. There are some drivers that their hobby is to damage cars and dump partners Na only God go fit epp partners 2 Likes |
