I just moved to a friend's place at Odo ona kekere.. ....to be closer to challenge and it's environs to aid my search.
I was at IreAkari estate yesterday where a colleague mentioned an opening just opposite he's house.
There were 3blocks of 2bedroom flats in a compound , just renovated with water, light and all
I called the agent and he said 250k rent , 76k charges making 326k.... ;Di just said ok,thank you and hung up....search continues

Still searching ooo. Well most new houses are in Akala express but I dont want that axis. I still want to retain staying in Oluyole, hopefully I will get a nice place soon

The light is 24/7 superb than the former place I was in Oluyole. I used to think my former place had the best light until my new place. Rent is 180k total 234k - it's a room and mini parlor

Oh wow, that's great , electricity is one of the most essential properties I'd consider before getting a place.
I am somewhere after New garage were the electricity is nothing to write home aboit , Hopefully when I am settled I would resume my search and oluyole would be on top of my list

after paying 234k, do you still pay for any other charges like NEPA bill? Security levy? waste management? House cleaning?

besides how's the rate of power supply in your axis ?

I think it has dropped since the transmission plant at akinyemi got burnt

yes I still pay 1k monthly for phcn, 1k monthly for compound cleaning, 1500 in 3months for refuse, and 1k in again for grass cutting when the grass outside needs weeding. No security fee.

The light is still very good despite the Akinyemi fire explosion. We are on Ajimobi transformer.

sure it will. Depending on how big ur bed is and other stuff u have to put in the room. But if u have the normal parlor settings in ur current place we'll this place will be small for u then.

I converted my own mini room to kitchen I love big kitchen

Yup th allotted space for kitchen is unreasonable thus the need to convert the mini room to kitchen.
