National Leader of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, has clarified that he did not call for the “literal printing of new naira notes” in his suggestions on the economic measures to be taken to cushion the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic. https://www.dailytrust.com.ng/covid-19-my-position-on-economy-misreported-tinubu.html 15 Likes 1 Share

I knew he didn't say it, it's just some useless journalist writing rubbish emanating from their brains. Even though I don't support His party and whatever they stand for or represent, I know Jagaban wouldn't want to jeopardize his 2023 ambition with that statement and like I rightly predicted, he came out to clear the air. Nice one Jagaban. 45 Likes 4 Shares |

Tinubu ought to know already that everything is misrepresented nowadays. For instance, You see wailers and PDP say; why did Buhari waste time in closing the borders? That has created a chance for covid 19. Good point! Sound argument!! I support this argument 100 percent. But i swear even if Buhari had done that and closed the borders much earlier and we didn't record a single case, The same very PDP and wailers would have turned around and released a statement through Kola Olabodiyan like this; "The President rushed to close the borders without firstly monitoring the situation, at a time when sensible world leaders were still monitoring the situation. Now it has crashed our economy. Muhammadu Buhari should have studied the situation and put in necessary measures to ensure continuous business activities at our airports and seaports while maintaining proactiveness by keeping one eye on the covid 19 virus". - PDP Pubilcity Secretary; Kola Olabidiyan. 54 Likes 7 Shares |

Good recommendations but you failed to add minimal expenditure on Government miscalenous and 40% slash on wages of Legislators, Ministers and other high positioned Public Officers.... Isn't it shameful when the world is combatting Covid-19, Our Legislators in the House of Representatives are distributing the latest 2020 Toyota Camry model amongst themselves? 9 Likes 1 Share |

Nobody forced you to talk in the first place. You were pushed by your selfish interest. As far as I am concerned, you wanted more Naira notes to be printed. Then you will use bullion van to pack as usual. Go and sit down with your audio N200m donation 78 Likes 12 Shares |

Balderdash. This isn't the first time he's ridiculously suggested that the government should literally print new naira notes to cushion the effects of economic meltdown in the country. So, there's no need for this needless denial. Armchair economic management and development expert. 29 Likes 3 Shares |

What I do want is for the government to meet the coming economic challenges with a swift, bold and effective spending plan. Those who, until now, would spend their time beating up on straw men should give us their own plans. If, that is, they even have any.”When he speaks, people listen. Especially at PDP headquarters....shey dem even get office sef? They looted the money for their office buiding. Criminals 16 years of failures. 8 Likes 3 Shares |

One thing you can’t take from Tinubu is his intelligence. Well someone that worked for American companies like Arthur Andersen, Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells, and GTE Services Corporation will definitely be intelligent to an extent. To cap it, he rose to the position of an executive at Mobil Oil Nigeria. 10 Likes 3 Shares |
