grossintel:Don't go telling people this. In the coming weeks number of new cases could begin to fall. Coro has been here long enough for what you are foreseeing to have taken place. The fact is that the virus isn't as virulent in the tropics. Deal with that. If the virulence we have here is same everywhere the west would have wiped and mopped it up weeks ago. 3 Likes |

Our government are under reporting this case while this Virus continues to spread in Nigeria how come only one death? When will over 200M pesins be tested? What are they doing now with the donated funds? What kind of country is this? They locked down Lagos, fct and Ogun with no altanative on how people can survive,no funds or stimulus package given. |

grossintel: I know exponential growth. It is not by design, competence or preparation that the number is very low in Nigeria when compared to most countries, it's by shere luck. There is no indication to me that Nigeria situation is going to get bad as it is in other countries. 5 Likes |

Matrimonous: Americans were evacuated from China. Europeans are being evacuated from South Africa as we speak. Britain's final evacuation flight from Wuhan, carrying more than 200 people, landed in Britain on Feb. 9. A plane carrying 83 British and 27 European Union nationals from Wuhan landed at the end of January. 1 Like |

grossintel: I am staying at home. I'm not naive to try anything stupid. Just watch, a month from now the total number of those tested and positive will not even reach 500 in Nigeria. If the situation is going to get bad here, we will have been seeing signs by now. The community spread will be at a minimum. No one is rushing the hospitals by for cos of coronavirus in Nigeria. That's not the case in US and others. 3 Likes |

Oluneutral: Stop this madness what's are they seeing? America, China, Italy, Spain etc are topping the list of deaths and infections if they've seen well they wouldn't have allowed their citizens to die. You're just intoxicated with the white superiority I would advice you go to any of these countries I mentioned rubbish. 4 Likes |

Re: Coronavirus: Germany To Evacuate Citizens From Nigeria by Nobody: 4:43pm On Mar 30, 2020 |
Ayoefa:The first 100k cases took 3 months, the second 100k cases took 12 days, the third 100k cases took 4days. Compare 4 days to 3 months when it all began. If you understand exponential growth you'll know the low numbers are temporal, the virus is far above that, its just going to explode overnight like in South Africa. |
