You are lucky to even eat all of that without adding, for me it feels like when I smell food, I gain weight immediately

I also experience the same thing but no matter how I eat, I hardly gain weight.
If u see my slim nature, u would think I don't eat much but my own case na reverse. I can eat Abt 5 to 8 times a day depending on how hungry I am esp when I m indoors
But during this Corona period, I v trained myself to starve for a while so I usually eat 3 times now to avoid my foodstuffs from finishing early

Just make sure you watch wah you eat. And do cut down on carbs too. A few sit ups every morning before breakfast wont hurt as well

Coffee has the ability to keep you feeling fuller for long, so you don't have to eat all the time.

Its has worked for me. In fact Ive lost some pounds. Cos after taking, I don't feel hungry again and I have to force myself to take the next meal.

Also increase your lentils intake and go low on the carbs.

For Eba, I do strictly ijebu garri, ( helps with Tommy fat)

Not advisable to be taken everyday. Im just saying for this period only. Maybe alternate with Lipton tea. But it has to be in the mornings.
Then make your last meal 6:00pm latest.
