Actually, you don't need any vaccine to cure yourself assuming you contract COVID19.

Normally, your body immune system will fight the virus and destroy it.

But those whose body immune system are not strong enough to handle the virus, like old people, drug addicts, people who are already suffering from one serious illness like diabetes or another for instance, will succumb to the disease.

The essence of the vaccine is to help the body system fight and overcome any other case/s of COVID19 in the future...

Prince Charles, like most people infected with COVID 19,had a mild form of the disease caused by COVID 19: he recovered after a few days. Certainly he was at risk of a bad outcome (he is an old man)..but he did recover...but he is still in social isolation

You need to understand. There's no vaccine yet to cure covid-19. Doctors are only treating symptoms. E.g. patients are giving cough vaccines, flu vaccines, respiratory vaccines etc. That's y on daily basis, pertinent can take more that 8 different dosage of drugs.
Hopefully with the chlorine and other vaccines approved by FDA, it will cure the covid-19.
