It looks as if the reign of the dreaded Coronavirus is nearing its end as countries are beginning to realize that the WHO’s guidance against wearing face-masks is comically, tragically, obviously, and totally wrong.

The American CDC is now advising Americans to voluntarily wear a basic cloth or fabric face mask when they go out to help curb the spread of the new coronavirus.

These non-medical masks can be either purchased online or simply made at home, the CDC says.

After insisting for weeks that healthy people did not need to wear masks in most circumstances, federal health officials decided to change their guidance in response to a growing body of evidence that people who do not appear to be sick are playing an outsized role in the COVID-19 pandemic

PS:
Here in Nigeria, Cross River and Abia states have decided to allow people to come out of their homes if they have face-masks on. The Government of Abia State even charged tailors to sew 3 million face-masks because imported face-masks are scarce right now.

We are waiting for the federal government to implement this policy nationally so that we can shut down the Coronavirus instead of shutting down our economy.

If you are like in close contact with someone infected, a mask cuts the chance of the disease being passed on. According to the GuardianUk masks will probably make little difference if you’re just walking around town or taking a bus so there is no need to bulk-buy a huge supply.

They misunderstood Trump initially.Trump argued that Wearing a face mask may give you an impression that you are actually well protected from the virus thereby allowing you mingle with others..Also arguing that Social distance is atleast for now the best way to stop the spread.

Nobody advised against face mask, even CDC advise you tough face mask and not the type you use around here. They recommended staying at home as the best option or use a tough face mask if you want to go out. How many Nigerians can afford the tough face mask if I may ask

Saying healthy don't need to wear the mask is not in order. How will one know he doesn't have the virus without testing? Even if one tests negative, what if the person contracts it after the test?. Everyone should wear, healthy or not..

WHO said face mask only matters for people who are sick or taking care of the sick but yesterday it came up to say there's need to reconsider the use of face mask by all.With this kind of perplexity it shows clearly that God remains Supreme Being over the world affairs.

I have always known that WHO was against wearing of face mask by the general public so as to make it available for health workers considering the growing shortage worldwide. Not that it’s not effective in preventing the virus.

The world is totally confused
