Please house can we go ahead and make payment for our WES during this pandemic pending requesting for my academic transcript from my institution who currently not on campus due to the stay at home order.
Thanks for your anticipated response.

Depends on if the non-academic section of your school still works. if it is UNIBEN, that is a No. It may be advisable to wait till it eases off since no one is available to send the transcripts to them. If it is a foreign University, contact them to see if they are working from home and can fulfil your request at this time.

Even if you pay, nothing can be done as per processing your transcripts because of the Corona pandemic. So it depends on you..

Thank you. So I would declare her clearly then, I hope there is somewhere on the express entry form that one would specifically note that she is on asylum already in Canada.
Thank you once again
there is no where to state that. When they do background checks your name and hers will come up. Better still consult an immigration consultant.

My medicals date is also April 16th.

I received the e-mail below from them saying they are only accepting IME forms for medicals. Due to the nature of my job, I’m still required to go to work everyday (God help us). The 16th will be no different, I’ll just strap up and visit the hospital on that day.

Please, How did you resolve this ? @Nafeesah1234

For the bolded, check NOC 1123.

Note that the duties you listed are not enough. Let the duties be at least 5. It would help the CO match your roles with your NOC easily.

For the first one, check 0125. Should fit in. Plenty years of experience is required to claim any managerial position successfully though so, I am going to advice that you stick to the 1123 since you already have the required 3years from there. Include the second one in your personal history.

This is good. If I was in your shoes, I'd play around with 15k and remark my writing to further boost my scores. If it comes back successfully, you get additional 3points and if it doesn't, you only lose 15k.

Cheers wink

We need the job duties/roles to be able to help. Job titles don't matter as long as Canada is concerned.

Hello, Good People. Been a while. I hope we all are staying safe out there. May God heal the world.

Just wanted to encourage everyone still on this journey to not give up or get discouraged by COVID-19. In fact, COVID-19 should be the reason to up your determination.

Compare the COVID-19 response of our dearly beloved Nigeria to that of our adopted Canada and co. When countries are rolling out stimulus packages worth trillions of $, FGN is on Twitter begging Elon Musk for ventilators. Ask yourself this: What has the Nigerian government done for me to make life, at least, bearable under lockdown? Many Nigerians are practicing social distancing without electricity and food.

In most countries in the West, even with COVID, folks are still getting quality education. In our beloved Nigeria, I doubt if there is any university that has the resources to transition to online instruction.

I am not sure you noticed this already, no one takes Nigeria seriously again in the international community. Leaders of Ethiopia, Rwanda, and sometimes South Africa are the ones calling the shot in Africa. See, while we all should still be proud of Nigeria, do not let our patriotism blind us from our reality. Get that plan B passport. If push comes to shove, you should be able to leave.

Finally, Good People, Canada is not going to be an Eldorado -- far from it. Your problems won't disappear the moment you landed in Canada. However, one thing is certain: you will live your life and pursue your dreams with peace and dignity. Keywords: peace and dignity.

Don't get discouraged. Jesus loves you!

NB: Shout out to Sanwo-Olu for showing good leadership. If they hadn't sucked Lagos treasury dry that city would have been a model to African cities, from every angle. (If Lagos was a country, it would be the fifth largest economy in Africa.) But then...
Is Canada not begging USA for face masks? It's not every time you condemn Nigeria's Government because discerning minds know that Governments across the world are currently hoarding medical equipment including ventilators. The Nigerian Government may have money to buy ventilators but no country is willing to export such products at the moment. So until Nigeria starts producing their own ventilators, let the Government beg any individual who is willing give it out. At least Elon Musk didn't complain!

I asked the same question the other time because I was experiencing the same issue but no one answered me perhaps they thought you haven't read through from page one. However, I decided to change the browser I was using from google chrome to internet explorer and the proper link showed up. Kindly try using a different browser too, it worked for me.

If she's genuinely on asylum over there, then the government has all her details. I also think you should seek people that have this same case as yours so they can put you through. You need all the guidance you can get. Please research well before you venture into this process

Hello everyone. Good afternoon. I just submitted my application about 2hrs ago (family of 3) and got AOR almost immediately. Just few minutes ago, I got a mail, checked my profile and it was Biometrics Instruction Letter for Myself and my husband.

Is it always that fast or am I mixing things up?

Did you do upfront medical?? If you didn't, then I think this is how it would be from hence. Ircc twitter page says upfront medical has been cancelled due to the covid shit. So if someone else also gets biometrics instruction after submitting their profile, then that's the new norm

@kingkhalil, could you please guide me through on some issues as my family by His Grace shall soonest be adding a new member (baby). At the moment our application has been submitted.

1. On the arrival of baby, after raising a CSE to notify IRCC, and subsequently making an international passport (baby). Will baby requires biometrics (I doubt though) and medicals.

2. Do you have idea of the amount IRCC charges for baby's RPRF?

3. Can you clarify to me what you mean saying you paid no other feed aside baby's @VFS. Please help clarify this also, so I don't spend unnecessarily. Thanks as I await your response

kingkhalil:

Wow, much cheaper in Lagos. I didn't pay jack for my wife and I... just our son.
