South Africa has many world class international airport
SA has one of the best road networks in the world
SA has best hospitals (mainly private)
SA has best hotels and B &Bs
SA has longest railway network in Africa
SA has one of the best parks,heritage sites,wetlands,etc

Your township guys are situated in a country with best infrastructure. Just imagine,if a tourist gets sick or medical complications while in SA,he/she won't be evacuated to Europe for treatment, all treatments will be done in SA and mostly within the same city,that is what tourists need...feeling safe.

But is you take the same Mzolis place and put it let's say in one of the cities of Burkina Faso,many tourist won't go!

Yes.Tourism need infrastructure as a foundation. Anything you try marketing,should be standing on the foundation, which is infrastructure. Tourists are just humans who need quality water,reliable electricity, good and efficient transport, accommodation, best hospitals and healthcare,etc.

Let's not forget,most tourists who visit Africa are either rich or middle class folks,so don't think they will flock into places which lack basic stuff like hospitals

All I'm saying is, it's not all about the infrastructure. Look at India, it doesn't have the best infrastructure, but still people are flocking there to see the Taj & other heritage sites.
