Nobody is coercing anyone to donate funds, if you read my post very well I wasn't particular about money, I said "in what capacity" it could be through any means, hand sanitizers, nose masks, food items or provisions, etc.
Now he's made it known that his company can manufacture ventilators but he won't do so unless the government places orders. Did you read Bashir Ahmed's response? If I was not Igbo I would have given the same response too- it wasn't a smart move by Innoson.

You've got to understand that Innoson don't have a lot of good will with Nigerians especially those that are not from the East, what other time but now for his public relations team to capitalize on and build on his Goodwill.
Most businesses that are donating are not doing so solely for charitable reasons, it's a smart move by them to re-iterate the fact that they care about Nigerians even though we know otherwise.

And as for the Allen Onyema of air peace, that single move to evacuate stranded Nigerians from South Africa earned him a lot of good will, even when USA was accusing him, lots of Nigerians took it as a witch Hunt.

I know a Yoruba man here in PH that works for a large accounting firm, he flies every week to different part of the country but for reasons best known to him he never flies Air Peace, but since Allen Onyema did what he did, this Yoruba man has been flying Air Peace- that's Goodwill my brother.

If this man wants to help his business he needs to allow others come on board with funds to expand the assembly plant.

From the pictures I have seen, the assembly process is not even semi automated. The reason why they assemble perhaps a vehicle a day.

Also the reason why we don't see so many of the vehicles on the road.

I also want to fault his business model. I don't expect him at this stage to be producing so many different models; Jeeps, buses, fire trucks, pick up etc.

A good business model would focus of two or at most three brands that will drive sales two of which must be salon cars.

And over time the company would have built expertise in these two three popular model even fabricating every part locally.

He seems only interested in making cars for the rich.

Much as I wish he would go further, it seems like Eddy Bongos of the eighties this company wont fly. Over time, it may just crash.

This is good development however when i watch how stuff works, and see all the automation of car manufacturing using different Robots to ensure precision, this is miles apart.

When i look at the picture below, i see some wearing bathroom slippers, some hand gloves, some no hand gloves, some helmet, some no helmet... That instantly shows some standardization is missing.
