But why would a sane military personnel disallow someone going to buy medicine to save his wife's life, why should the army make shooting to kill the first and only move when facing a heated argument... I've not heard such of the navy... In my opinion, the navy is the most behaved Armed Forces in the country. That u were given gun doesn't mean u should just use it as ur personal weapon, the use of that gun should be for enemy of the nation not the citizens themselves..

While the north with its 3 sub divisions easily identify as one, the southern divisions will rather see themselves as distinct which only further empowers the north whereas they stand a better chance together.

Before you come here and spew trash that you know nothing about let me refer to the video of the two soldiers threatening to rape people's mothers, girlfriends, wives and daughters. They are Northern soldiers.
Incidents abound to show that killings in the south are done by northern soldiers, yet they will not be so eager to do same in their regions

Because in those places soldiers are confined to barracks. Soldiers are not meant to do police duties, even though they both bear arms, they receive different trainings
