Allow him to continue clowning. Nairaland is one of the places clowns display what they got.

I need not post anything from his shithole called Onitsha.
Beacuse it's not worth it, cant be wasting my time bringing up something the whole world already knows.

Few days ago he posted lockdown pictures of ph, someone else posted that of Onitsha and the difference was clearer than black and white.

Hahahaha..he is still crying

No part of Onitsha is as dirty as PORT HARCOURT. Infact there's no shanty in Onitsha at all.

PORT HARCOURT is home of shanties

If you are not a resident/native of Uyo, Calabar or Abuja then close your tap.

Only those people can talk when it comes to something clean based on naija standards.

I always laugh when people come here to post pictures of GRA, Aba road and Trans Amadi layout and claim that is all there is to Port Harcourt.
The OP has posted pictures of the real Port Harcourt that they hide from you with the narrow roads and speed breakers/speed bumps everywhere.
Can you mention any state in Nigeria that doesn't have a place like this?

To be honest, PORT HARCOURT is dirtier than Aba. There's no ghetto in Aba, but PORT HARCOURT is filled with ghettos and slums

PORT HARCOURT is overhyped. Visiting that place will shock you.

Shanties and slums covers over 80% of PORT HARCOURT.

Wow!, see how random strangers are desperately seeking for mentions. You won't get any, you live in onitsha. I come from Nteje, Oyi L.G.A. in Anambra state, did a program in Mbaukwu Prescience campus, and finished another from UNIZIK. You can't and will never tell me anything new or of any added value concerning Anambra state not to talk of Onitsha, I slept in Asaba for a week over an event in Onitsha, only me and God know why. Like I said already but you are too 'block headed' to understand, our leaders are to blame for failing on their promises.

I find it disturbing that the concern of most posters is the (political) intent behind the post.

Are these pictures real? Yes.

Why are we not bothered that our fellow Nigerians are living in such filth? Some may be Nlders. Your problem is that he didn’t post fine places?

That you live in GRA, chilling in AC rooms while navigating all the stations in DSTV, doesn’t change the reality- over half of your country’s population are living in poverty! Better digest these pictures well.

Kudos to you OP.

The business activities in that area is the major problem. That area is the commercial hub of rivers state. Even if govt intend to do something there even the hausa people there self go revolt against them.
Interesting so this place is as critical a hub to a state yet they tag it slum so they don't repair it.

Are hausa Islamic terrorists now so strong to challenge a government in Rivers too?

OP, your headline is misleading. You went to the ghetto part of Town in Port Harcourt and claim you went around port Harcourt city. You are mischievous. Stop this nonsense.

Are you trying to score cheap political points?

hate to say this, but OP is absolutely correct with the pictures. Ph has slums within diobu, marine Base, town axis. They are situated close to the waterfronts grin

Are sanitation staff on lockdown too?

The last thing you want is dirt in an epidemic cos it helps spread diseases

Re: Port Harcourt Lockdown: What I Saw Around The City Yesterday- PICTURES by totoboy19: 4:25pm On Apr 06, 2020
Africankel:
Your representation of Port Harcourt is wrong and mischievous. You particularly chose to show pictures of slums to mislead people.

Pictures of Old Port Harcourt Township without streets like Aggrey Road, Bonny Street, Niger Street, Hospital Road, Bernard Carr, and, Moscow Road, Bank Road, Station Road, renders your representation null and void.

Diobu, another slum, likened to Ajegunle in Lagos, without pictures of Ikwerre Road, Udi Street, Abakaliki Street, Elechi Beach, Illoabuchi, Nanka and Afikpo Streets, again makes your representation invalid.

If you must show Port Harcourt to the world for what it truly is, pictures of Old GRA, Aba Road, Trans Amadi, New GRA, Ada George, Agip, Stadium Road and Elekahia must make the list.
how clean are these areas u mentioned? Ph is dirty just like other cities in naija. The government has failed period. angry
