viktormed:I have been with MBA Forex for a year now, after my initial investment was completed, I did not recompound my investment because I was scared of losing my money after listening to people like you, who believes they are advising, protecting or warning us of the risk of losing our money. Anyway I have made the topups few months ago, and I kind of few sad, not because of the topups but because I did not join earlier. Yes, I have know about MBA Forex a little years back and I did not join then, because of people like you again, who were telling me I will lose my money. Lol......I have forgotten their are always people out there who we always tell you, you will lose your money. 17 Likes 3 Shares |

grossintel: - With all your analysis, you didn't know that every business will experience delay during this period. - All these operations where once done from the office and only few at home. But now it all has to be done from home. It's expected that there will be delays. - Secondly, If MBA were a Ponzi scheme, they will offer higher ROI for higher Investment to entice more high paying investors. - Of course it will be better to have 100 N100,000,000 investors as opposed to 5000 N100,000 to N360,000. But the reverse is the case. - MBA is a forex trading company, so they structured the ROI in a way they can easily pay ROI at the end of every month. Take your analysis elsewhere. 3 Likes |

viktormed:You have a point truly. I am one of the investors and I am really cut in between borrowing more funds to put into the MBA. I will be more comfortable if they can confirm they are registered with SEC based on the publication of March 27 2020. They paid timely my two ROIs due a few days ago, expecting the last one. The question is should I reinvest the ROI together with some borrowed funds to the tune of N4m? I have a target set which will require reinvesting this N4m and the ROI for next month. 1 Like |

solreb:SEC doesn't have the modalities to regulate MBA and other forex platforms, and they are too lazy to copy what SEC in other countries are doing. The CEO of MBA has been asking SEC to set up modalities for a long time (https://businessday.ng/companies/article/stakeholders-call-for-enhanced-forex-regulation-to-combat-fraud/). You should know everything in this country is padi-padi. Giving credence to forex Investment platforms may strip investors from stockbrokers and firms who have people in SEC. 3 Likes |

Joevics:this is an interesting twist to this idle and largely unproductive debate. An alleged ponzi scheme calling for SEC regulation. SEC is discrediting a market it has refused to regulate. Hmmn.. Let's see what grossintel and the gang have to chip in. It's interesting to see ppl argue over nothing that will not alter eventualities which, at this time, is unknown to many. |

0ubenji: I'm a Nigerian saying SEC has abandoned the original purpose for it's creation. This is an article from SEC in 2018 about regualting forex trading. Up till today nothing has been done. https://sec.gov.ng/public-notice-online-retail-foreign-exchange-forex-trading/ Forex trading is legal. Nigerians are investing into these platforms. The essence of creating SEC isn't to issue warnings, but to create regulations to protect investors. Read this article and you'll understand my grievances. https://financefeeds.com/market-regulation-challenge-hinder-retail-fx-growth-africa-guest-editorial/ South Africa and several other African countries with less daily trades than Nigeria already have FX regulations. But the SEC is dragging it's feet. The question is WHY? |

Joevics: One thing about our country nigeria is that when government has made the system in a way dat if u have money n connection ur above the law ... With money in nigeria u can even pay someone to slap another person n noting will happen. The youths can not compete with the billioniers ....u can even afored senetoeial ticket or presidential ticket to compete for election cos no jobs . they what to be on top(government )so they can do anyhow. The masses will jxt watch. To cut d long story short. If sec regulates fx jxt as Mba ceo said, things will improve.that they dont want. Those companies or phonzi they claimed dy siezed der money , why close a phonzi dat is paying investors n refuse to return d money to each investor...is the money theirs. Why cos more harm dn gud. SEC is the scam here!!! 2 Likes |

solreb:No Matter how beautiful, no matter the return on investment, or how assuring a business might be, never borrow money to invest. The business is run by their brain and your money. Brain is what they invested while money is what you invested, all that is there to lose is your money. Please, and please never borrow money to invest in what you are not very familiar with. That is risky! When it comes to investing follow these two rules: Rule 1: Invest the amount you can afford to lose Rule 2: Never forget Rule 1!!! 12 Likes |

narit: Yes strongly support that he should NEVER BORROW MONEY TO INVEST but i will not support the slogan that invest what u can loose, any time i invest, i dont invest with a negative mind. Some of us have committed millions into stocks should u now tell me that someone who committed more than 10m into stocks, that is the amount he is willing to loose? i dont invest with such mind. Book mark this page by God grace as soon as coro issues are over, the world will experience great liquidity that will be used to bid assets and investments in countries of the world which includes Nigeria and even FX trading will take part of it so bros relax. Am mopping more of zenith bank share next week from return from MBA,am not up to 1m units which is my target. I dont invest with negative mind. 7 Likes |

0ubenji:There is nothing to come up with, There are a lot of false claims about this company from being regulated by SEC, CBN to EFCC to being insured all are false and there is no single document to prove it, they also took it down from their website FAQ section. Calling for SEC to regulate Forex trading doesn't mean the SEO of MBA wants them after his company, he knows SEC isn't ready for that and probably won't be in years, but SEC still holds the power to shut down or halt MBA activities so take note of that. MBA system is to appear as a Forex trading company, but behind the scene is only Paying people from other people's money. No genuine company, I repeat no genuine company will give you 15% ROI every month trading Forex, it's too high and risky to guarantee such stability! Some people think 15% is low, you have no idea how it works. What is ideal is 1% - 4% a month, they know you won't take that so they promise 15% and do something else with your money instead. Of course, some people will say they make 50% 100% a month trading Forex, but they won't tell you how much money they've lost taking such stupid risk. Even the best forex traders make around 45% a year. MBA should come clean which I don't think they will ever do, so as you're investing with them just keep it in mind they will park up soon and you and your money will be separated. 3 Likes |

[What really is your concern with how people spend their money. Did you give anybody money to invest? Some others buy cars, travel abroad and dash the rest to women. Why is it paining you that others choose to place their money with MBA?
