So the federal government wants to pay almost N60 billion Naira to one man because of a shady agreement that was reached in one of our crooked courts 19 years ago?
Suddenly the FG now respects court rulings because baba wants to split booty with one of his croonies from the Abacha days.
What circumstances would lead to that kind of agreement, to pay an individual N60 billion Naira?
