Ok thank u

In addition, your university must directly send your transcript to WES or your prospect school in Canada for it to be considered official or accepted.

Good morning house. How's the lockdown going?

You guys are doing a great job. Pls, I need help or proper direction for someone.

He is a 33 year old man with a degree in anatomy. He developed interest in Programming and wants to pursue an academic career in information and technology/ Computer science in Canada. What's the easiest and cheapest way to go about it?

Bsc Anatomy: 2013
WAEC: 2006

Thank you...

Hello ThatPetiteChic,

If he doesn't have paid work or voluntary experience or other certification proof that can back his desire to switch to his new found passion, it will be advisable for him to stick to anatomy or a related course. If the case is not of the latter, a PGD/C is more suitable as it entails professional advancement. He can beginning by using google to search for schools in Canada that offers his desired course. However, choosing a province to stay while study is also another important aspect to consider.

What happens if the EE profile is withdrawn or cancelled before the application for SP is made, will the record still show and considered as dual intent?

Hello TheBeat,

It will no more be considered as a dual intent and your information and record will be on their database for future referencing. However, the SP application will be processed individually and as a new application.

BTW it will be crazy to cancel an ongoing EE when you've gotten an ITA because of a SP.

(1) There is nothing to justify really in your sponsor's SOA. The best your bank can do is give the owner of an account a letter stating how long the account has been operated for, how good the customer has been and if your sponsor is the sole signatory to the account. They cannot comment on what the money will be used for because if the money is not used for that purpose they can be held liable.

(2) Your dad will give you his SOA, try to prove he has always being responsible for your studies and submit your birth certificate to show proof that he is actually your dad.

or he can simply transfer the LE to your account and state how much in his sponsorship letter. You will need to submit your SOA alongside his for proof.

You can also create a table showing total available funds in your sponsor's account, funds transferred to your account, total amount of funds available for your studies and so forth. You need to show proof. You can go further by converting to Canadian dollars in another table stating clearly the site you used for conversion. Oanda is approved by UK for conversion, you can try it.

P.s What I have stated above is optional. So many people have submitted SOA without a letter from bank and had their applications approved. I did not include a letter from bank in my application and still got approved in 2018.

Thanks so much for your clear and concise response. Information fully noted

Stay Blessed Sir

Hello Geosolomac,

You can't justify the authenticity of your father's BA with your SOP but however you can use it to just the source of funds as reflected in the BA statement. Its only the reference letter from the bank that can partially prove its authenticity until IRCC verifies by themselve. The content of the letter normal states the name of the bona-fide owner and signatory of the account, date of when the account was created and also that the appeared name is a client/customer of the bank etc.

You can justify it by simply stating that your father has or your LE of $10k is well-secured in your father's BA which will be readily available to you prior to your resumption.

All the best.
Thanks so much for ur knowledgeable reply.

To All,

Sorry if I have not replied your email.

I already posted the contact here but I think it was deleted.

I will reply all soon.

For those asking : Master of Management University of Windsor September 2020 intake. I paid tuition in full before my second application (to show that finance is not an issue). I also booked an apartment for which I attached the contract to my application. A refusal doesn’t mean you should give up.

Thank you

So many protocols for a country that visa is not guaranteed unlike U.K. where you just upload documents, get admission , get visa if you meet the 28 days requirements etc. Tuition is not even the cheapest. Make I just cut my coat according to my size

Hello people, thank you all I have learnt so much from this thread.

I have admission for september, USASK Bsc and I'm 27, I am confused about the proof of fund. Is it advisable for me to use my own account for sponsorship. The money is coming from the sale of a property, do I have to leave the money in my account for some weeks before I apply or I can just apply immediately after getting the money.
thanks all

If your account have good activities that is to say a good amount of money comes in and out, you can apply depending on the sum though, but if you suddenly pay in a large sum than the usual transacts that come in, it will raise an uproar and VO might think you borrowed the money and therefore deny you for inssuficient funds except you have other ways to explain why and how you got that huge sum into your account, untill then use that money and create activities in your account if it doesn't have a nice.

My school is asking for 2000CAD deposit (non-refundable).

Is this a good deal?
Re: Canadian Student Visa Thread Part 16 by NwanyiOkpa(f): 1:42am On Apr 07, 2020
Good morning,

I am about starting the application process. I will be submitting my brother's savings account with 10M plus. I also have 6M+ in my own personal account from trading crypto but i can't use it since it's not a registered business (or can i?) the amount is not a huge deposit but it grew over time.

We have properties like a newly purchased business (owned by my dad). Would submitting the business registration document and property document serve as a home tie?

I do not have any land of my own although there is a large portion of land that was purchased for all of us(children) and the document bears my mum's name.

What could i use as a home tie?

Please I have a peculiar case. I intend to sponsor myself and raise up to 10m in my account but I do not have that amount in my account at the moment. The cash will come from my sisters and brother because they took it from me to run their businesses as I had no immediate need for the money. Most of the cash was sent to my sister's account when mine was dormant so that it could be accessed easily and most importantly if anything bad happens to me (God forbid) because I am not resident in the country and I am single. I have landed properties and earn over 10m per annum for more than 5 years. I intend to provide bank statement from where I reside, pay slip, offer letter, confirmation of appointment and introduction letter from my company. Will this raise dust and will these documents be convincing? Kindly advise me.

No, you only do so when it's a requirement from the school.

Scan the transcripts you have. You DON'T have to obtain fresh transcripts from the school, it's never a requirement from the Canadian embassy that transcripts should be addressed to their office.

It takes minimum of 4-5 months for you to be accepted for a master's in Engineering and LLM courses at the University of Windsor. Management programs takes about 2-3 months.

I hope this helps

If you are the one sponsoring yourself and the property sold is yours the money can be in your account but if it's your dad it has to be in his. If your account or your dad's account doesn't normally house that amount you have to write a letter called proof of lump sump. Where you explain where the money is coming from and you include the documents of the property sold. It makes your case convincing. This also apply's to huge sums entering your account just before you submit your bank statement. You have to explain how the funds came so the VO doesn't suspect any fraudulent act.

Feel free to include your 6M SOA, just explain how you managed to save that much(even if the business isn't registered).

Hello big guys in the house. Please I will like to ask how important is work experience to applying for Msc in Canada?? In case of a new graduate without work experience what do one do?

Work experience is an essential criteria when accessing your eligibility for a master's admission. However, on the account that you're a fresh graduate without professional experience, your undergraduate CGPA and internships will be considered by the graduate admissions. So you can proceed with your application.

It will end in praises.
