I went and inspected the quality of work being done on the staircase rails for this house. We had completed all handrails for the whole building, just remaining staircases. They promised to start painting the others soon.

I cannot recommend these guys at the moment, they have been very unreliable with their timeliness and I have spent too much energy chasing them around to complete this particular job. I had told them that I can only advertise their work only if they satisfy me on this job, I am keeping that promise and unless they deliver this wrought iron work to this site, I will not help their ministry by giving out their number. Thanks for your understanding Sir.

Please never recommend people like that. Not everyone has the energy to chase unserious people up and down. Is not enough to be skilled but professionalism is very important.

We are rounding off works on the internal doors of this house, we are supposed to start fitting keys to the doors as we move to start installing.

We are right now buying materials for all the wardrobe cabinets, kitchen cabinets, bathroom cabinets, dressing tables, mirrors, shelves and all other cabinets in this main building and the BQ. We will be selecting from a variety of colours to match the desire of our clients.

We are also assembling some choice fittings for the sanitary wares of this house.
