Am I? I don't think there's any puzzle here that requires much thinking. Maybe you should explain how duplication of accounts would work on uber if you know and believe in what you are saying. Do you drive or have you driven in more than one country with different accounts?

thank you sir for your response, and pls sir is it very durable and would you pick a Nissan tiida over an Honda city preferably 2005-2008 Honda city

In my opinion, they are both good cars.

I had a friend use the same tiida for over 2 years and has even transferred it to his wife and car never had any issues, my friend even confesses he has never seen a car like that before, funny enough he wanted to buy a Corolla but was about 300k short and was begging dealer to allow him take the car and balance up within 2 months. Dealer said no and advised him to take the tiida since that's what he could afford,my guy reluctantly accepted after like some weeks of begging for Corolla, guy has never regretted taking the tiida.

The end of my epistle is that you should be fine as long as car is in good condition and maintained accordingly.

Used the 05 city before and must confess it was equally not bad, excellent fuel economy, fantastic acceleration, far more leg room than Corolla and far better interior.

Good morning prestigious drivers and car owners. Please I'm asking this question for a very good friend. He was very active on Uber as a driver, but his account got deactivated the second time, after a high number of declining requests, and he didn't visit Uber office to sort them out. Now he wants to leave for the UK after this whole pandemic is out. Experts in the house, please do u think he can still drive on Uber when he gets to UK, despite his account bn deactivated here in Nigeria?

Thanks

Is Uber the only ehail app in UK? I don't think so, so he shd not worry much. Moreover, there are other cab services apart from uber

If he's going to the UK, legit, he wud get @ least a job, so he shdnt worry much, even if Uber is d only app in d whole of UK.

Worse case scenario, he gets a survival job for starters, he shd dust himself n stop thinking dt wtout Uber he won't survive.

Good morning guys. How does Uber/Bolt take their commission when the rider pays in cash? If they do from your current balance online, what if you have not have a card trip for sometime and they cannot deduct their commission from your account balance?

If you do not have a card trip for sometime and they cannot deduct their commission you would have a negative balance.

Uber/bolt takes it's commission from your card trips. In case you are having only cash trips, uber's/bolt's will keep being counted against you, you will see how much you're owing them on your app. Any time you have a card trip, the commission will be taken from the card trip. If you have credit left on that card trip, it will be credited to you, but if the card trip still can't cancel the debt, your debt remains whatever left after the card trip amount is deducted from the debt.

If your debt is getting uncomfortably high for you, you may pay them to their bank accts to cancel your debt.

Hope my story was clear and helpful a lil enough?

Good day.
Thanks a lot, fully understood.
Best of luck man.

This Bros I hope you dont finally get confused and end up buying Lexus 200. Though i like the fact you're doing your findings very well but it doesn't change the fact that what ever car you end up buying still boils down to the condition of the car b4 u bought it, how well you drive and maintain the car.

Just settle your mind on one, buy, maintain a good driving and maintenance culture.

lol, well bro I initially settled for a Honda city, but I noticed that the Honda city doesn't have arm rest and I love to rest my hands while driving and I noticed that the Nissan tiida is within the same budget I have for the city, thanks for your concern all the same

I was expecting an intelligent response and would have responded in kind, but since you've been too lazy to read over 2,500 pages worth of information concerning what you are obviously not part of but want to understand, and you decided to type what you typed above, I'll just do what I normally do... Enjoy your life.

Tiida with heated seats, that's a great plus!! And what's wrong with the city's continuos variable transmission.
Though the city then used to have problems with the gear seals and I had to drop it because it almost ruined the gear box.but I think it's a common Honda problem especially the Accord and city, though mine was bought Nigerian used

Of course, the city was for uber.it was bought from warri from shell company auction. Engine was very ok with chilling a/c,no issues but for the gear.

I wasn't too knowledgeable then about cvt transmissions. But I think u should change oil based on your usage.

Oga, if u depend on online reviews to buy a car in naija, u are on a long thing.

No car has it all, Corolla everyone so loves also has its downsides, Honda that some can break an arm and a leg for on this forum also has its flaws, even Almighty Rolls Royce isn't without it's own issues.whats key is how u use URS and how u maintain it. My dad would always say "there isn't any car that isn't good,it all depends on u the user".

Get a Corolla and become easy fry for Uber car hunters- vio, lastma and co,get a not too common car and cofuse them most of the time.

And I will appreciate if a good mechanic for the car can be recommended as the car is not that popular..

I will appreciate the comments of those that have used this kinda car before

The car is ok as long you have done a comprehensive diagnosis and body check of the car and no hidden issues. No need for a special mechanic as long it has a gasoline engine. A good auto technician will work on it

I have a tiida. If you're coming from a Toyota you may consider the car slow to move.. ie an average Toyota will take less time to hit 60km/hr than the tiida (or maybe na my car lol). That's my observation about the speed.
