I don't care what it says, it's not true. Accessibility to clean water has never been an issue with the majority of our population. Yes, we have a water crisis every now & then due to weather conditions eg. The drought that hit Cape Town. But that doesn't mean we have no access to clean water, the water isn't there for people to access on the times we experience "dry spells".

Then it doesn't make sense using the same negative tenses on Ghanaian...

In urban area in Ghana, there is 100 percent access to safe and clean water, the issue here is in the rural area where majority of the water have been polluted due to exploit of gold and diamond. government is also addressing that.

I don't need to go to Kenya to Know that the Nairobi can barely supply it residence with water, do I?
