There is a constant high pitch ringing in my right ear and it has been going on for months but lately it's driving me nuts. On One hand I've read that it's related to hearing loss and on the other hand (from a metaphysical standpoint) it's some kind of frequency given off as one gets spiritually enlightened.
Now I'm a very logical person so I don't agree with the latter but I feel alone in this.
In fact it's this spiritual side to it that's getting me confused.
I forgot to mention that my hearing is perfect in both ears if I'm having hearing loss I would know.
Has anyone experienced this ringing?
I will appreciate any sincere advice.

Tinnitus - You might be suffering from an ear infection or excessive earwax buildup.

Unfortunately, you would have to visit a hospital, so tests can be conducted. If care is not taking hearing loss might occur........

God bless you guys!! Just 2 days ago I realized my tinnitus is stress related, been trying relaxation techniques and deep breathing meditation and voila the ringing has reduced significantly.
If anyone out there has this condition try not to panic. Once you can figure out the cause is the first step in treatment.
However I won't leave a medical diagnosis out of it as I will visit an ENT specialist.

The ringing also started in my left ear towards ending of October.

I was cleaning my ear that day when it started, felt like water got stuck in it.

Like 3days later, the ringing started. At times, I perceive my pulse in this particular ear.

I didn't. Not to worsen things for myself. Not like I'm deaf, just the ringing sound when I wake up early in the morning. Or when everywhere is quiet.

I'm also experiencing this in my right ear.. I always hear this noise like hissing type when everything is silent.. I don't hear anything outside..I have Search online and watch several YouTube videos to find cure but didn't work out.. Though I am less bothered about it. Many people do have it and learn to live with it.
