I wonder who is richer between ISIS and bokoharam yet bokoharam's supplies of Gun trucks no dey Finish. There is a higher demand for gun trucks in the world today than ever by richer more connected armed groups but it seems bokoharam has loyal suppliers.
I wonder why france hasn't for once participated in this war eventhough it involves four of their former colonies and they are involved in virtually all other counter terrorism warfare around the globe.
Lastly, I wonder what our intelligence agencies are doing concerning the suppliers and routes of bokoharam.
There are just so many questions we need to address if we are to win this war.
It seems to me that those who stand to benegit benefit from we losing this war or at least making it drag on for as long as possible are numerous and united.

Sir RELOCATION OF ISWAP FIGHTERS FROM LAKE CHAD AREA TO SHELAWA VILLAGE.
About 1520 hrs date,

ISWAP fighters in about thirty (30) vehicles including gun truck and motorcycles are sighted relocating from Lake Chad area to Shelawa village about seven (7) kilometers north of Gudumbali town the headquarters of Guzamala LGA.

It was revealed that the relocation of the insurgents was due to the onslaught by the Chadian troops at the lake Chad area. Before this relocation, already there was a sizable number of the insurgents and their equipment at Shelawa village.

There is need for air interdiction and deployment of blocking forces at Gudunbali town, Garanda and Aligambari villages all of Guzamala LGA as well as Zari in Mobbar LGA with a view of stopping the insurgents from escaping.

The admittance of FAILURE is the beginning OF SUCCESS. As you are able to address your shortcomings, gaps, inadequacies and strive for Success.

The denial of failure when you have failed is continued FAILURE. It will result in the enthronment of mediocrity as competence.

Does anybody here think that the Chadians are better equipped than the NA ❓ I noticed that the Chadians soldiers don't even have body armour, but are unflinching in the face of the battle.

What's the difference between the NA and the Chadian army ❓❓

It's difficult to make self- assessment yourself because you will be most likely be hopelessly biased.

When Nigerian soldiers went to Mali during the French led operation Serval. They were left to do guard duty the reports about our soldiers and thier lack of capacity were not flattering.

The external examination of our military over the past years by informed would be partners and the outside world has not been good on all fronts.

On the other hand the reports about the Chadians soldiers has been almost legendary they were in the thick of the fight. Reports about Chadian soldiers as the desert warriors of Africa have continued almost unabated. They have earned respect and world wide acclaim.

We seem to rely on past glories of decades ago with regards to the NA. We talk about Ecomog in Liberia and Sierra Leone.

In management one persons competence and outstanding ability exposes the ineptitude and incompetence of another.

Idriss Déby has by his competence exposed our ineptitude and incompetence, very sad but a bitter truth.

Will we NOW wake up accept our failing and stop sweeping our incompetence under the carpet address them and pursue progression to address this rot.

How then do we move forward to victory having accepted our failings.
❓❓❓

I was actually looking for special forces personnel among them. There was none. Just battle hardened soldiers who weren't scared of dying

Lest stop being diplomatic and showing foolish pride.

Just direct the Chadeans to go there bombing will do nothing you stilll need ground troops to clear them out. And as it stands the Chadeans are highly motivated and ready.IMO

The Army base in Damasak, Gubio, Magumeri and Gudumbali are all on red alert just in case ISWAP tries to attack as they are relocating massively.

We are fine if ISWAP does not attack any base as they are trying to find a new home cool

This right here is the very approach that gives these terrorists the needed oxygen to mutate and carry out more attacks.

You don't win a war like this on the defensive. Bomb them to disarray and send in the ground troops to do the mop-up.

The opportunity has presented itself for us to show off our kill and redefine the narratives.

In an attrition war you don't wait for the enemy you go to him.

Now that Boko will have many wounded, are disorientated, thier arms supply limited and thier moral at a very low point.

Is this the intended military strategy to win this war❓

Should we not be ones hitting them with everything now, they are on the run, we should be running to get them. They are at thier weakest point.

It's time to attack relentlessly and very strongly.

I miss the NA of the 80s-90s. The Tchadians are like hyenas. They make a mockery of you when you look weak and defeated.

It's amazing how they have made the best use of the social media platform for the world to see.

I always got lots of them because I am in the system. I just decided to post this today although it is against our policy. As humanitarians we always get security update 24hours.

Last year we got information that Baga will be attacked. We evacuated all humanitarian organizations immediately. A Month later ISWAP conquered Baga with no humanitarian casualty.Although some of our health facilities were burnt down by ISWAP.

I din see things for this Northeast shaaa. I just pray I never become a casualty of this political.

Things like this make me wonder what our ISR platforms are for.
Most of these cheap drones will even detect movements like this.
Ordinary artillery strikes will take most of the vehicles out.

Forget propaganda as far as desert warfare is concerned Chadians are the best in the sub-region it's a fact, this people are battle tested for over 40yrs in assymetric warfare, remember these guys dealt with Ghadaffi's soldiers. IBB destroyed the military, that's a fact he purposely whittled down the powers(budget/personnel) to protect his regime while we should have used that peace time to strengthen our military.

So how did Boko-Haram manage to kill 90 Chadian soldiers in a single attack?

I don't know what type of artillery guns we have but l very much doubt if we have laser guided and or GPS targeting with our artillery.

That means they are not precision weaponry and you run the risk of civilians casualties and as well as missing your target.

This is an enemy on the run continously changing location.

You really need companies of troops ideally specail forces and or units in search and destroy missions. Knowing if needed they can call for reinforcement back up. Both air and ground assets.

It's sad that we don't have RWS on our armoured vehicles in enough numbers to to take the initiative. We actually don't have enough of anything to be honest.

Because search and destroy is best done at night again not sure if we have enough night vision goggles for our troops. Having optics on your assault rifles a great advantage as well as suppressors.

All this ensures you have the advantage and suprise when tracking the enemy to kill him.

Our best bet is the strike forces that use the SA procured Reva MRAP with the twin guns. Not a lot of stealth but it's what we have. And gun trucks with HMG. Groups of 10 vehicles.

We did have the Ukrainian BTR3 not great for IED protection. But l want to presume they should have RWS, with basic Night vision with FLIR and as such a good option for troops on search and destroy missions.

IMO they got complacent fell asleep, the worst singular loss in thier history.

Now it seems Boko have woken up.the sleeping Tiger and it's bitten off thier head and ripping them to shreds.

So Boko have decided to run into Nigeria where they seem to think it's safe for them.

How about you guys stop stroking the ding dong of the chadians? You've been at this for about 2 days already, jeez, give it a rest.
Chad carried out retaliatory attack on bh / ISWAP after losing over 90 soldiers. And I'm not saying they didn't do a great job here, they did, but how long are y'all gonna rinse and repeat same darn comments.
Most countries carry out such attacks when own troops are killed in large numbers.
Can the Chadians sustain this onslaught for longer than a month? Nope, they just do this for a while and everyone goes back to their default position.
Move on people, enough of the stroking.
If Nigerian troops are that bad, all over the Norther part of Nigeria, including Abuja would be in their hands by now.

And it's not that i don't wanna hear chad's exploits or stuff like that, I'm just never a fan of same things being repeated over and over.
Similar to pics of the Ezugwu or whatever it's called, now each time it's pics is posted, i don't bother looking, I mean, what else is new, we've all seen it, why over do things.
So my attitude over this is generalized, not just about chad. We need new contents.
