Btw,most villagers in SA have always lived on their produce like the rest of the continent. I live in a village in the Easterm Cape province ,the poorest province in the country & mostfamilies here own fields ,but the issue us that we mostly have grazing land. & mind you this is the 2nd biggest province in landmass but most of the arable land is still under colonisers. Not to mention that water is still " colonised " as well . People were pushed to this side of the capes because it is one of the most difficult places to "get water". Most of the natural dams are privately owned ,this is also a huge problem nationally btw. These are some of the reasons causing the migration to the major cities where people go and work in farms . Zuma prioritised rural development and in many places surrounded by the ocean people were returning to take advantage of the oceans economy ,but that has since been stopped because now you need a fishing boat worth a million rands as a requirement to start working the ocean and we all can guess what this means for the villagers ...
. So the land issue in SA is not only about the soil my guy , so much shyt is entangled in this . But one thing is for sure ,we are heading the Zim way ( whatever that means ) and if it goes bad Congo will look like paradise because i don't see anyone that will back down from this , everyone has a lot at stake. Not to mention that all sides have been infiltrated or are being " assisted " by outsiders who need something in SA . Only foolish people talk of apartheid in past tense, when we are yet to gain economic liberation from our masters .

Venda people are very smart. Their tagline says it all "Shumela Venda", which means, "Working for Venda" & work/sacrifice they do. They will go to other provinces & live modest lives or live in poverty, but don't be fooled. Many are doing big things back home. The rest of us like to whine about everything, while they take the little that they have to create miracles in their homeland. My cousin once dated a Venda guy. He was a security guard living in a shack in one of the townships around Pretoria, but back home he was building a double storey house using his meager earnings & other peace jobs he took when he wasn't guarding a gate. Those are my kind of people. I look up to people with drive.

It's totally against my nature because I also fear VULNERABILITY. Fortunately for me, I have seen how people can single-handedly lift themselves up from nothing to something. My biological father started his business from a briefcase, which he carried while riding on a bicycle People used to laugh at him lol. Long story short, through persistence, he opened a very popular tavern in his township at the time, which he operated for years, all while he still held a normal 9-5. Boers made up 60% to 86% of unskilled labour between 1926-1948. For civil servants they made up 39% and improved after 1948 after racist laws to 52%, In Business Managers/commerce 6% to 15% in 1948 start of apartheid. Professional people they made up 11%-15%. Company directors 0% in 1926 and 5%
in 1948. Let's look vs English and Jewish immigrants the British and Jews were like ff. ,1. Company directors, Business managers 76% to 65% in 1948. 2. Doctors 70% to 62% in 1948, 3. Architects 80% to 70% (this one gives clues at who designed SA cities the likes of Pietermaritzburg have old Victorian buildings despite having an Afrikaans name same can be said about others like Jo'burg, Pretoria, Cape Town etc..), Accountants/CAs 71% to 67% in 1948.
