Good morning fellow nairalanders. The subject for discussion today is about men/boys living inside a girls-only school. I will like to know if any nairalander out there who is a man has ever been priviledged to live inside a girls-only secondary school that has boarding facilities. Maybe because a friend or family member of yours was working as a teacher there. What was it like? If you have not do you know anybody who has lived under such conditions before? Secondly I will like to know if you have worked first hand as a male teacher or non academic staff inside a girls-only secondary school before. If you have not do you have any friend who has worked under such conditions in such a school? Do you have any personal encounters with the students or stories about other male staffs or neighbours which you want to share? Please no hypocrisy here & please and please don't hold anything back. This is nairaland and nobody will ever know who you are. You are among friends. Abeg one more thing no name calling you can only use imaginary names like Mr. paul or Mr. daniel. OK please let me hear your stories

I want you to share your stories about different male staffs in a girls only school. Your stories must be about anonymous persons to protect the identity of the teacher and the student. Let me be the one to start first. This other man thinks that his students are trying to seduce him: https://www..ng/news/cant-help-beautiful-secondary-school-students-trying-seduce-teacher-cries

I want to hear your true life stories that is what I want! Let me share my next and final story. I have friends that DON'T date girls below 18 years. Others are drawn to girls below 18 years. It is one man's trash and another's treasure. Not because secondary girls are sexiest, but because secondary girls are naive and innocent. And to others not because high class or university girls are sexiest but because they are wife material in the making. Like they have mobile phones for easy access. Many of these secondary girls if you are in your early twenties especially if you are handsome it is over. They will start calling you "uncle, uncle" up and dan. There is this guy I know he use to go inside a girls only secondary school during break time. I will not tell you which state & I will not give you his name. He is in his early twenties in the university. The school security men know him, the traders that sell during break know him, many students already know him and one or two teachers even know him. The principal does not know him. They use to tell him "pastor you don cone?". He will say good morning ma or sir. Although he is not a real pastor it is actually his nickname. One of the SS 3 students is his girlfriend and they use to call her pastor wife right from time. So when he started dating her they rubbed it off to him and started calling him pastor. Nobody ever dares ask him what he is looking for whenever he arrives their school during break. They are all used to him. Unless he tells you he is not working in the school you will think otherwiser. He is just like a staff there. They allow him to stroll around during break time but they don't allow him to enter their classrooms or staff rooms during school hours. His family knows about the school. Oya talk ya own story?

I am currently working in an all girls secondary school. Taking senior classes geography.
Actually, I noticed the way these students behave. The way they will be looking at you like "how far now uncle, can we see after the class".
There was this particular girl that once give me eye. When they are climbing the staircase and they see you coming the other way, then there stepping changes. Cat-walking on the corridor, especially when they notice a teacher is coming right behind them.
It was later I got to realize that some male teachers are dating some of them and the students in fact think they are one step ahead when they are dating a teacher.
But me as a person, I strongly believe that if I start dating any girl in that class, I won't be able to teach effectively in same class. More so, I am to teach and that is exactly what I will do. Also, students won't respect one anymore. There will be high rate of indiscipline. Plus, the embarrassment that will follow if the school management finds out.
So I am more respected and my class control is top notch. Always satisfied. I can chide the students and boldly advise them on any issue. Even they are always willing to come for my advice.
An incident worthy of note happened last term.
I have written letter to the school management to allocate a part of the spacious land for weather station. With that I was asked to indicate which part I want. I then walked through the compound to see a befitting area when I saw shadow in my rear right eye like somebody ran to a corner. All the students we're expected to be in class and this is not a toilet area it is an old portion for animal husbandry. The portion contain only the structure no animal is there. So, I decided to stop for like 3 minutes then tip toed to look.
Behold standing in that corner were 4 sss3 girls with an android phone. They were surprised and stood frozen. 2 of them are geography students. With a dignified teacher's voice, I requested for the phone. (students Are not allowed to come to school with phone) the handler of the phone, an humanity student, didn't yield. So I used a parent's "give me the phone and I won't report you to the principal " then one said it was Mr. Sososo phone, the commerce teacher. So I said so you are here browsing right just hand me the phone. With a pleading face, she gave me the phone and I looked at the screen, mehn, these students we're watching pornographic contents. I was sad and angry at once. Having known me as a stubborn stiff necked teacher, they knelt down and started begging me. I felt pity for them and I asked them to come see me individually before the day end.
Then during break they came as a group but I requested that they come individual even if it will take them days. I could recollect one had to come with a light make up and some industrial snacks and juice with a white envelop. She walked in with a seductive smile and I smiled back. I made her comfortable she gave me all the information that I needed about her, the other three girls, and even some other girls in their class.
The information helped me to recommend them to the school counselor without telling her what they did but I was able to write explicitly why I recommend them in the letter.

Mine was in 2012, I was teaching in a Church owed secondary school, men the girls were hot, temptation here and there but man have to behave before john Thomas put person for trouble.
There was a colleague that joined us in the second term,His name is Jjjjj, for privacy sake let's just call him that.
Oboy less than one month guy man don start to de knack those SS2,girls, before you know he became the talk of the students and teachers like play like play na so management come here. The guy was summoned to face disciplinary committee, he was found guilty, one of the parent of the girl got to know. Na so proper case start, Police come burst every where, pick Mr jjjjj. Na SARS handle guy man matter.
When i visited the guy in SARS detention, oboy I couldn't recognized him. I learnt he was latter released after much beatings.
Lessons, if you are a male teacher in girls only school just respect your self and don't involve your self in dating them because it could back fire and the shame is for a life time. Though the girls will tempt you but you have to learn how to control yourself.

I wonder what u want to do wit this info?
Anyways girls secondary school is full of cultism like the guys secondary school, and they give sex cheaply to their teachers.
Like out of every 10 girls, 5 will sex their teachers.
If its a boarding school, lesbianism is a thing u can't control.

I taught in a government girls secondary school once, those girls will show more green light than traffic light. U may see girls who come to u and shamelessly show u pants innocently.
They are also involved in cultism.
