No, most helmets don't protect against AK rounds.

Need to nit pick everything don't you? First it was me stating an Mi35 is a Mi24(which it is btw) now this!!

The video shows the look to kill feature of the Rooivalk, meaning the WSO simply has to look at the target with his head to engage the target, the Mi35m does not have that capability, also the Rooivalk popping over hill like that also displays its NOE capability.....another capability the Mi35m does not have!

It is not the same thing. Different helicopters.

MI-35m NOE capability

It has an advanced FCS

The MI35 is just a Mi24 variant Just Like the Gripen C and Gripen E are both still Gripens but different variants ! It doesn't mean the MI35 is sh1t when i said its an MI24!

Also all you've shown me are Mi24 using visual reference for NOE flight(Yes i know my video is the same).....The Rooivalk on the other hand is equipped with Radar(Mi35m is not) and other sensors enabling it to operate NOE at day or night, and in any weather!.............Also I never said other Mi24 variants don't have all weather NOE capability, for example the Rooivalkanized Super Hind by ATE has a very similar avionics suite and FCS to the Rooivalk.

Also I never said the Mi35m doesn't have a advanced FCS!

https://www.airforce-technology.com/projects/mi-35m-hind-e/
"Mi-35M is a multi-role combat helicopter manufactured by Rostvertol, a subsidiary of Russian Helicopters. It is an export variant of Mi-24 Hind attack helicopter"

Where are the Black firms? The Kenyan Kimber, Naijjan Steyr,Black Saffa Keltec and Black American Barrett are either still born or yet to be born!
I feel it an embarrassment:India already has quality sniper rifles we've seen here from a private player.
156 EXHIBITORS AND NOT A SINGLE BLACK FIRM. I may be wrong but to mu knowledge this is the only Black gunnmaker http://www.shellbacksupply.com in the US. Unknown in a world of Daniel defence/Echo company/Palmetto and other mid sized firms.
Imo this a terrible situation:NOT A SOLE MID SIZED BLACK GUNNMAKER ON EARTH!?
By the blood of Black Jesus what did we ever do wrong?

Guys am currently reading this book-as the title suggests it details our downfall beginning with the Hyksos invasions of Egypt 3500 years ago and states our problem was and STILL IS MILITARY WEAKNESS,SPECIFICALLY LACK OF MODERN WEAPONRY. Written 50 years ago the book is dated,eg he calls the latter Asians though they were as black as their Egyptian victims. Look at their statues. Anyway at this period both sides had copper swords and even flint edged weapons. A thousand years later they developed steel-since then our weapons development has stagnated! We haven't moved. We still don't produce, assemble, design or develop any meaningful weaponry-and none of us seems to give an EFF? Is it just me?
We're still as weak as we were when the Romans,Arab and Oyinbos invaded!?

The only helmet that I know that can stop AK rounds is the one worn by Nigerian special forces. Navy , army, Police and Air Force. I have forgotten the name.

If African countries can produce PPE then they should probably switch from trying to make tanks and mraps to tractors, large scale irrigation sprinklers, farm machines .... it would be a shame to go back to importing. Why spend millions on defense and the money will go to Europe.

There is no military solution to BokoH. The problem is poverty. Solving poverty eliminates all kinds of problems country wide
Re: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Sizzorkay: 8:24am On Apr 08, 2020
Poverty is an excuse, it's not a cure.
Go to Europe, are those being recruited to become terrorists living in poverty?
The rich Nigerian kid who almost blew up an aircraft in the US, was he also living in poverty?
PhD Holders, US soldier, Engineering student, the list goes on and on.
Please.
Bunch of people here in the US have been arrested for trying to carry out attacks on behalf of terrorists, and they aren't living in poverty either.
Re: African Militaries/ Security Services Strictly Photos Only And Videos Thread by Tinfoil: 9:04am On Apr 08, 2020
It might be cheaper to solve poverty than fight it out with insurgents. This like building schools, roads using pavers instead of tarmac because it requires manual labor, large scale irrigation, teaching youth how to code, building drones.....

When Africa buys weapons in Russia the money goes to people like this

This picture was shared by NAF in March 2019. I hope u are not trying to imply it is recent. One Defence Nigeria blog is using it to deceive people on Twitter. Besides I am aware that Nigeria is actively involved in the lasted Chad onslaught against BHT
