I am trying to apply for Masters Road to Democracy at University of Siegen but one of the requirement is that I should upload certified copies of my WAEC(University Entrance Certificate), degree certificate and transcript. So I am trying find out the acceptable means/office for carrying out the certification.

Secondly, my school do not issue transcript to students by hand, how do I go about uploading a certified copy of the transcript on the online application platform when I cannot even get it by hand in the first place.

Thought we were told ro cancel and rebook after April 1st, even the April 1st won't work as the visa section is closed called their number they told me that, and said I shouldn't book until they are back, even the new guideline for category A has not been implemented because of the break everything is stalled, I think we might have to book again when everything has been OK with the embassy. We have to apply caution.
