IRCC has resumed upfront medicals. All indications are pointing at a FSW draw tomorrow.

I saw this post too on Canadavisa and went to check Qlife’s website, still no upfront medicals. Maybe they are yet to be advised or the information is not accurate. who knows, guess time will tell..

Hi,

Has UI done the verification of ur WES? If yes, did do anything to fasten it?
I've been stuck at WES verification since January, WES has sent UI two emails already. No response from them.
Kindly respond. Thanks
ThatDebzgirl:

I did my MSc at University of Ibadan.
As i heard that for WES, they are not taking WAEC again & i just have to send my highest degree, i decided to send only my MSc( degree & transcript) to WES.
Before sending to WES, i took a pic of the copy of the transcript from the officer processing it & made a few checks before they posted it by courier.
I didn't see any error...!

After WES received my documents they requested for verification from University of Ibadan.
I kept waiting for this to be done, when it Dawn on me to recheck every detail of the transcript then i saw various mistakes.
One of the mistake is that a course was repeated twice. Another is that the grading of some courses were not correct.
Example: in some courses where i got over 70, the grade was E.

When i saw all these, i was so sad..!

I then decided to come here to ask if anyone has been in such situation before & the way out.

Can i write to WES to explain this?

I have a Masters from University of Ibadan as well. I don’t know about the course being repeated twice, but the E in front means Elective. You would see C and R as well, which means Compulsory and Required. It’s not a mistake

Hello house

Compliments of this strange season,

Please people with valid / soon to expire COPR and cannot travel.., what is our hope..?
✅ *COPR Expired and received medicals extension with next steps*

*Post shared on Canada Visa Forum Today by Someone*

So Guys !! My COPR expired on 25 March and I did not travel to Canada due to Corona Outbreak. I have raised webform on 9 March and received true response (not the automated one) on 2 April. They mentioned me that they are extending my medicals to another six months and they will update me on re-issuing my COPR and landing VISA. So chill guys. They are helping us in the crisis situation like this. Make sure everyone who have expiry dates coming up up shortly, proactively raise webform to make our case strong . Below is the response I got.

Thank you for your enquiry.

Note: The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) is affecting immigration, refugees, citizenship and passport services.

Please refer to our public website for information on how this may affect you: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/coronavirus-covid19/immigration-applicants.html#approved

Please do not attempt to enter Canada using the visas and confirmation of permanent residence (COPR) documents that expired on March 25, 2020.

It appears that your immigration medical exam (IME) has been extended to 2020/09/17; new visas and COPRs will also be issued with an extended date.

Once it is possible for you to travel, use the Web form to let us know so we can tell you what to do next.

Please ensure that your passport remains valid; you must hold a valid passport at the time of travel and landing.

If you renew your passport in the near future, please advise us of the new passport information.

This Covid thing is just depressing me. Before now I was so happy that I would get to enter the pool before my birthday and won't have to loose any points as I'm currently 29. But now with almost everything paused I don't know what will happen. I just requested for my transcript from my uni and was about to write IELTS as I had just written BCS exams this march before everything just went on a halt. Even the BCS results that usually take 2 months to come out, heaven knows when it will come out now before someone will now send it to Wes too. So much time!!!!!!!
Also I'm on this journey on my own so there's no hope of even getting more points to help my own in case. I don't know where I was when God was sharing boyfriends and husbands it's well o
Sorry for ranting guys. Just felt so worried this morning. May all our heart desires come true, Amen.

Welcome to express entry...I understand ur complaint almost everyone has had one hiccup or even more doing this process. I understand covid has halted a lot but everything will be sorted before you turn 30. You have to have a positive mindset during this process cuz you are just starting there’s still plenty things to frustrate you ahead. Cry to your creator cast your fears and worry to him and He will lift you up. Right now do your own part which is reading for Ielts and praying you pass your BCS so once the coast is clear you will be prepared for the rest. Good luck

Good day, the greatest issue in Nigeria is our universities. i have been on transcript issue in OAU for the past six month, they keep telling my wife different lies that they have processed it. but i'm very sure that they are lying.

please i will like to know if ECA accept DELF certificate for evaluation?
Re: Canadian Express Entry/federal Skilled Workers Program - Connect Here Part 9 by EyesondPrize: 9:19am On Apr 08, 2020
For OAU, did your wife register with ETX? If yes, that’s the source of the delay. Send a PM for a contact. 6 months is long oo.

Hello, everyone.
Please I need opinions of people who successfully submitted SINP application.
For the proof of employment, what document did you use (apart from the reference letter) that was issued by the government?
If payslips have been lost, can one use work identity card?
Also, is there a particular number of pay slips required to be submitted, or can only one suffice?
Thanks.

@NubianQueen87 @kingkhalil, could you please guide me through on some issues as my family by His Grace shall soonest be adding a new member (baby). At the moment our application has been submitted.

1. On the arrival of baby, after raising a CSE to notify IRCC and subsequently making an international passport (baby). Will baby require biometrics (I doubt though) and medicals.

2. Do you have idea of the amount IRCC charges for baby's RPRF?

3. Can you clarify to me what @kingkhalil meant by saying he paid no other fee aside baby's @VFS. Please help clarify this also, so I don't spend unnecessarily. Thanks as I await your response

Please I really want to understand the demerit of non accompanying spouse. I am currently on 450 now with spouse spoints without IELTS. But if I calculate without my husband points it will be 469. House I need advice. What if I get ITA and by God's grace PR how do I bring my spouse over. I have a baby and from my understanding the baby is NT an issue. I really want to know before we update the express entry account. I am honestly mentally tired. My husband is having issues with ielts. Am just tryn to think of a way out of all this.

PRFirstlady:
Greetings everyone, I need clarification on the part where we are been asked if we’ve ever applied to IRCC immigration bla bla on the express entry forms.

I applied in 2016, I mean visitor visa but was denied, does this apply to answering yes or no. Since it wasn’t for immigration purpose.

Secondly, since the moved, I don’t have the documents to back it up.

What do I need to do, will appreciate your responses.

Please anyone, kindly respond

The demerit is that you will be without your spouse for an average of 6 months or more. You can come visiting; however, you must be in canada at the point of visa approval. You can read more about it on their website. If its your last option, go for it because crs might not come to 450s again

What did you use as the test result date?

I stated April 3. Since the result was released online on that day. Or am I missing something?

The information I'm getting is that the result date is 12 days after the test date, hence it is more likely to be April 2nd. I've decided to be patient and not gamble though.

Mr. Segun responded based on the information at his disposal. You see say me no even say anything. Anyone with a basic knowledge of international diplomacy will know that begging for ventilators on Twitter was disgraceful.

May God bless and protect us all.

@ Bold, exactly.
There are ways such could have been done without looking petty. In private is one way

Frankly, begging for such on Twitter is supposed to be seen as an aberration if we understand the magnitude
