My opinion the state did the right thing. This is because the persons that organized the party are the ones to be blamed for flouting the law and not the attendees. For instance the members of churches that were caught holding service in ABJ last week against the stay at home order were not arrested rather the respective pastors incharge were the ones that were arrested by the enforcement agencies.

There's no criminal case here, it's only an order not a law, flaunting govt order can only attract minimal punishment. In case of funke and hubby, they knew the number of people they were inviting which marley and others may not be away of, I'm sure this is the matter in court
