I initially wanted to go for a corolla 06 but found out i needed large space as a family man, So i want to make a choice between toyota big daddy 06 and toyota spyder 07 both camry. which one is better.

Please go for the Camry 2006 and avoid the Camry 2007. The Camry 2007 just gives you better exterior styling. You avoid the recurring problems of the 2007 - oil shortages (requires regular top-ups, especially from 50,000 KM mileage), poor factory headlights, and weak AC system (especially in hot weather), lower resale value than the 2006 Camry.

The 2006 Camry has a very strong AC system, no oil shortages, better resale value (especially when well maintained), large space. Ask around and google these problems.

Go for the 2006 Camry. It’s good and durable. The 07 is the entry for new model and there re some factory errors.

You are wrong sir. Both has the engine and they experience the same oil shortage problem.
This problem was only fixed with the 2010 model which came with an all new 2.5L engine.

I don't know about the AC problem sha.

Camry 06 is the latest model of the big daddy, while Camry 07 is the entry model of spider. Besides, I know owner of spider that prefers the big daddy to her own. The spider often touches ground when fully loaded but the big daddy has stronger suspension which prevents it from touching ground even when overloaded.
I personally prefer the 2006 Camry especially if it's either the SE or XLE trim.

Does it mean the oil shortage and Ac problem of the 07 cannot be fixed

Oil shortage problem occur in both models as they have the same engine. An engine overhaul is usually the way out for that.
But for the AC issue, i believe you should ask experts. I don't think it can be that bad if it's maintained by an expert
