Broccoli is. I love Broccoli salad. I make them with Broccoli, Carrots, shredded cheese, broken pecans, sunflower seeds, cranberries, raisins and Ranch dressing.

An alternative is to use fresh baby spinach and change the dressing to rasberry dressing

Brussel sprouts? How do you make yours cos I don't mind learning since they claim it is super nutritious? Tried it once in stir fry, had to back out. Would do aspragus instead.

Dinner: Amala with Ewedu. This is the third time I am taking Amala this year. Guess I have been indoctrinated cos I barely eat it once in a year or two before now and now, in less than four months, this is my third time.

Not an Ewedu person because I did not grow up eating it since my mom is not Yoruba however, we have some at home and usually, I eat it with Gbegiri the two times I did this year. Unfortunately, there is no time to do that today as I have deadlines to catch up with and would love to watch a movie tonight before I sleep.
