We are all in this together which I agreed. Muslim organizations have been giving food to needies also even though it may not be much and it's not loud on media. They spend based on their pocket size. Muslim organizations are not taxing members to pay money like churches do. They run with a little voluntary charity they got. Have you seen mosques registering under CAC? Having ussd code for collecting charity or compulsory payment by members or scaring members with some words that will make them rush to give out their last kobo? NO. Such acts is not Islamic. Sincerely, at a personal level we are all giving voluntary charity daily directly to needies as low as #5. The one given inside mosques are also meant for running mosque generator or payment of bills.

Yet still. Muslim organisations should play a visible role.
In saudi and uae they are very much donating hospitals and equipment

Nigerian Muslim bodies shouldn't be any different

Pastors preach miracles until you need a miracle then God is on vacation.
If you knew what some pastors are going through medically, you will know that they need miracle more than their members.
You're right

Mecca that has been closed till further notice. Those monies they were saving for Mecca, they should donate it to help the government. Is it not when you are alive you think of going to Hajj?

If its to abuse churches and pastors, MURIC will take the lead, donate, they can't, they suddenly turn deaf and dumb
you are absolutely right my lady. Now the church is contributing, they are silent. But just talk about tithe, even people that's been long they open there Bible to read will still criticized.

I agree with some of the points raised but let me say the truth to you, Muslim folks tasks their member same way churches do... There is no need lying or trying to defend, if I say the truth, you won't beat me... Take this from me, as much as Lagos is concerned, they do.

You said Muslim folks don't do USSD... Like seriously?

Have you check your GTBank mobile Banking? Is Answarudeen a traditional organization or it belongs to churches? If I donate and pay money into it using the USSD code, won't money reflect on their account?

Are you aware that if I don't want to stress going through the stress of GTBank app, I can approach the bank for a short cut USSD to pay into Answarudeen acct using USSD... Won't money reflect?

I am not saying they should overstretched themselves but a token to the national cause won't hurt bro.

Peace out

Fed gvt had better follow the paths of Lagos state gvt if it gets to this level and people start panicking I really hope they would be able to summon courage to instill sanity, restricting lock down to only fed capital and Lagos without house to house test when each and every state is vulnerable including the people.

Let and go after these politicians.

Afterall, wasn't it what Jesus did? To call sin by its right name.

They're all thieves and eye-service men

Winning what,?

Check Italy after their one month of covid.

It's been over 2 months since Corona Virus entered Nigeria, almost the same time frame as Italy and America... The latter countries have more advanced medic care and facilities, yet compare spread and fatalities...

You guys have been on this "wait till 2 weeks or 1 month" doomsday prophecy since February... I sense we will still be awaiting its fulfillment even by December.

Your joke is dry and humorless because the firm shouldn't be conducting pregnancy test on unrine of a man unless the firm is as kolo as you.

It will be a big shame and a wasted life if after death, you discovered that Jesus is actually the way.

Which means you have lived your life as a fool. If I as a Christian doesn't make heaven, it won't be because I was fooled by someone but because I didn't serve him properly.

But if you as a Muslim failed to make heaven after discovering Jesus at the end of your race on Earth, imagine how stupid you will look !

Can't wait to see how shocked and surprised many people who have rubbished the name of Jesus will feel that day.

See the way you totally believe your Christian religion is the ultimate. I just laugh at you.
There are over 2000 gods being worshipped by humans and if u reject 1999 and serve only 1 of them and I reject the 2k gods. Statistically we face the same risk when we die.. Truth be told if u were born of muslim parents in Yemen or buddist from Nepal, most certainly that you won't be a Christian. Your geographical existence has a lot to do with your religion

All the healing that God did in the past through His church which one did you believe? All the past testimonies of people who had one ailments or the other and got healed through the prayer of faith, did you believe those Testimonies? Didn't you say the testimonies were fake or acted script to bring people to the church? Even if people start giving testimonies today that they had covid-19 but prayed and got healed, will you believe? I'm not surprised at your type of person. Even during Jesus' days, He did a lot of miracles still the people did not believe. The more miracles he did, the more they doubted Him and called him all sorts of names. The same people he healed and provided for were the same people that shouted "Crucify him" Crucify him, Crucify him.

My point is that no amount of miracles will make you believe and give your life over to God. Even Jesus said that this generation seek after a sign(miracle) but no sign(miracle) will be giving to them.

As for the Pastor you said died, you shouldn't worry about him. Because if he is truly a child of God, then he's in heaven right now rejoicing and singing with the angels of God. Death don't scare real children of God. Death is just a transition from this earthly realm to our heavenly home. Even the Bible says, blessed are those who died in the Lord. Blessed are the death of his saints. The relations and family may weep for a while, because of the departure, but they understand that soon their sorrow will be turned into joy when they meet at the end to part no more.

Friend, I encourage you to believe in God while you still have the opportunity to do so. There's no repentance in the grave.

always. Catholic church never disobey govt authorities, never give excuses why men of God shd not be arrested if they disobey authorities, never argue that services or mass shd stl hold, never said holding service wl educate members. Am sorry to say, many pastors are proud, they believe they are too big to obey authorities.
