Buy shaving cream, apply it on your hair like relaxer, then wash it off.

Remember I said I have been doing it for 15 years. That's why you noticed the perfection. You have to use 2 mirrors. One mirror at the back and you hold another mirror at your front to see the back of your head. It can be challenging initially. Especially in poor lightning conditions.
