Even if you give that woman 500k capital today and then another global disaster happens in about 2 years, she will still not be able to feed cos she doesn't have what it takes grow money.
The money would have disappeared and you will still put the blame on government.

It is quite unfortunate the level of poverty in the land; but where is or has all the federal and state govt relief materials that has been widely circulated in the media been going to? If such a woman has not gotten anything yet, where and who have all the relief materials and money been going to?
