Danielnino00: "The IPL final alone attracted 173 million viewers, 43% more year-on-year - or about 56 million so-called impressions on a time-weighted basis, growing at a similar pace. In contrast, the US National Football League’s flagship game, the Super Bowl, attracted 103 million average viewers in February this year, 7% fewer than in 2017 and the lowest viewership since 2009, as calculated by Nielsen." FYI the NFL is much bigger in terms of viewership than the NBL in the US |

Shma: That city that doesn't look appealing is Tokyo is Pic 1 and the other one that looks appealing is also Tokyo. . As you can see, it's not planned and not different from Lagos Island. However, the second picture is actually Lagos Island. The point is most old cities are never planned and Lagos Island is oldest city in Lagos state. In terms of planned cities, many areas in Lagos were planned and other cities within Lagos state. 2 Likes

Ghana is doing something right in the fight against Covid-19: Ghana is the 2nd highest tester of Covid-19 in Africa ""The overnight surge in our cases in Ghana was expected. The more a country tests, the more it identifies new cases. Data from https://www.worldometers.info/coronavirus/? Indicates that South Africa leads when it comes to Africa with 80,085 as at April 12th followed by Ghana with 37,954 tests. What these data tell us that with total of 566 cases at Sunday 12th April, and with this level of testing, our story is not bad. What is required now is to expand the capacity of the testing centres and probably create new ones to help turnaround time. Whilst testing is good, the solution is still basic: Stay at home"" 2 Likes 1 Share

But one thing is for sure, Investors feels safe for Ghana and Kenya, much safer then Giant of Africa. Do you know INDORAMA Group from Singapore (Funded by EXIM Bank India) that has huge presence in Nigeria and a big job provider was reluctant to invest in Nigeria and then Nigerian government had to bring Indian government in discussion to persuade Investor (who is Indian BTW) to bring that huge investment and plant in Lagos. It is Indian Government safety guarantee that brought investment here, while same can not be said about Ghana or Kenya. Investors from Singapore, China, india wants safety whether its about money or about their Technical Specialists coming from abroad. AskiaHarem: 4 Likes |
