Onions
Dry chili
Fresh chili
Salt
Red oil
Fish (fry till crunchy) or use crayfish (same process fry crayfish in very little oil)

*use a seperate oil from the one used to fry the fish.
*place red oil in bowl and pour all ingredients in along with the crunchy fish bits.
*place the bowl with the contents in the pot of boiling yam for 3 minutes
*quantity of ingredients used is according to your discretion
*ENJOY
