A Nigerian man has shared photos of an alleged robber he accused of terrorizing their estate in Ogun State, in spite of the lockdown order over the Coronavirus pandemic. 

According to @iammotola, they called the police to come pick him up but they said their "cell is full'. 




He tweeted; 

CAUGHT ONE IN OUR ESTATE THIS EVENING AND THE OTHER ONE ESCAPED....FACT BE TOLD; WE CALLED THE POLICE AND THEY SAID CELL IS FULL. THIS IS DISHEARTENING, WE’RE NOT SAFE !!!

When you hear police explain that the cell is full, you must ask whether your accused can "manage" in that full cell.

The investigating officer will then inform you of the cash price for booking suspects into the crowded cell via "express" modality.

After paying the gate fee to the police for the arrest to proceed, your only outstanding bills will be the prisoner's feeding allowance that the police will keep for him, and of course the normal processing fees that will be billed in direct proportion to your ability to pay, which in turn is based on the car you drive.
