Some LGA will be using web-based data system, some will be using Excel while most will be writing on paper. What a massive avenue for corruption from APC house of confusion. LGA Chairmen will just write result jor.

That means they will write result because surely all the LGAs in the country will not submit exactly 1 million. Infact, there is no reason why 20-50 million names should not be submitted by end of next week given many people can arguably claim they fit the criteria. What will APC do then, will they cut the numbers to fit their target of 1 million households? How do you cut numbers at a global level without delving into the individual status of each person on the register. That means they are writing result and will just allocate numbers across each LGA to fit their 1 million target.
