Where in Maiduguri is developed? Even the state capital u mentioned, go to london-ciki, gwange, abaganaram, sheuri etc, all u find there is squalour and almajiri. Keep dreaming of maiduguri being a developed town while the SE is a million miles ahead.

Southern Nigeria can survive comfortably without the North but the North cannot survive without the South

The South does not need the North in any way
