True , but losing weight the hard way is not easy at all.

It involves a lot of hard work, a lot of repetitive exercises, literally watching what you eat, exercises that can be hard on the body, and so on.

And even after one has achieved success, the hardwork continues, because any slacking can cause the weight to shoot up again.

How can a hospital be conducting a major operation with public power supply? Come to think about it, no back up generator? That is criminal negligence. Ordinary hotels have atleast 2 functional generators. What kind if hospital is that?
