I know a guy who I think may suffer from obsessive compulsive disorder although he vehemently denies.

He has a habit of looking at the time almost everytime and at a particular time, he mutters some words to himself. He repeats words a lot and he has a weird counting habit from counting the numbers of letters or words in a book to counting the number of cars passing by when seated. He has an arrangement for his clothes and things and he'll never touch his phone unless it's fully charged and even ignoring calls from his parents while his phone charges.

I asked him if he could stop and he tells me that he thinks something bad if he does will happen so it's doesn't hurt to continue his obsessive rituals.

He's suffering from OCD, he needs help.

There's a man that usually come to a betting shop where I charge my phone back in the days. This man always carry a black polythene bag and never said a word to anyone except a funny sound at intervals. He always check his watch every 2minutes. Initially I thought he was a bokoharam suicide bomber but people who knows him said he isn't mentally stable.


Another one was a man I met when I was learning photography. This man loves football and he is a Manchester United fan. He has this habit of repeating the last words or any words someone said while stamping his leg on the ground and shaking his head
For example if you say something like "Liverpool de play ball welwel" he will say "ball welwel" while stamping his feet and shaking his head.

This footballer own is make me ��� I do repeat words or songs said by others though not all the time without shaking my head though.

I have a friend whose phone is always on silence, we were roommate at a time and I found it really weird and annoying because she never picks my call once.. what if there was an emergency!! her stare is also scary... My friends tell me that alot.

I did this shit for more than 5 years straight when I worked in the bank... Funny now I still prefer my phone on silent.

P.s I don't know how, but I always know when a call is coming in even when the phone isn't close by.

i have a friend that will never read until a day before the exam. ( no exaggeration) dude can cram 20 - 25 pages perfectly within an hour.
first semester result came out and he had 3.98 out of 4.00 topping the class. I think he wasn't given 4.00 because of his staggering attendance. he also screams at unusual intervals.









I also have a friend back then who gets extremely aroused by seeing animals mounting each other. but he is over it now.

This last part is kinda me. Almost anything sexual gets me aroused, although a few times am able to override the feeling. I feel it is because of my inability to separate myself from situations, or that I may be perverted. I also seem to feel pain in my mind when, for example, an injury is being described or shown in a video.

Sometimes, when he is going home, he will lock the shop, stand in front for a few minutes, then try pulling the doors to make sure they are looked. Then again, after like 30 minutes he will still come back again, pull the doors to make sure they are locked. Then go home.
When I saw it d first time, I though he was casing d location. had to ask his family, they said, d dude has trust issues, so he repeats stuff several times to make sure no mistake on his part


I like how meticulous he is though

There's this guy during my sec school days who can bring up what he has eaten all over again, the dude confided in me, he was even thinking he's a goat cause he was also stubborn like mad .

As for me, I hate seeing thing not in their place, at home I can wake up in the middle of the night just to move an object that's not in its place, I do things in pattern once that pattern is broken I do feel useless for that day. At home and school they do call me a perfectionist

First, I have this ability to arrive exactly when food Is ready. When I was young, grew up in d street Sha, I'll be playing ball from morning till evening, but anytime I decide to go home, it's exactly dat time that food is been served.
I'll just join them and eat

The habit continued in boarding school oo, if I'm hungry and I walk into a friend's room, it'll be exactly the time he is soaking garri and I'll join.
Even in the university, I always seem to walk in to my coursemates room when the food is ready...


Then my younger sister
That one anywhere she goes people will just be dashing her money.
When she was young and my mum carries her to school, she'll pay for transport only like twice a week. People in d bus will be like, I'm paying for this little girl.
This habit has followed her till now that she's in jss3 o, they'll give her transport money yet someone will still pay for her. If she goes to buy something, d sellers will most times give her free in sch... The girl is Sha favored.... even me, I find myself dashing her money unnecessaryly... Make she enjoy sha
But me tueeeeeeh, b4 somebody dash me money, I go sweat like mad... It's as if people are allergic to dashing me money o..

Them swear for you

Well I don't chew eba. Nobody tried to stop or correct me. Till today I feel it's a norms though I know most people swallow it. And again there was a time I wake up 3 secs to when NEPA will bring light. I will just wake up (I feel comfortable sleeping face up) then after some secs boom light. For like a week straight. Anytime they don't bring light in the midnight I don't wake up till the next morning.

I still remember everything I did from the age of 7 till now. I remember them with details as if it was yesterday. I still remember names and faces of my classmates from primary school, secondary, defense and everyone I came in contact with till date.

The weird part is once I close my eyes, the whole thing plays like a detailed movie in my memory

My landlord's mom lives alone in a one-bedroom flat and does virtually everything by herself. She selects beans, sweeps her apartment, charges her electrical appliances/gadgets, etc all by herself. SHE IS BLIND

1: I can smell bloody. Especially when someone is bleeding or when a woman is on period. As long as blood is around I will know. For ladies The moment she get closer to me. I'll know and just pretend like nothing happened.

2: I never forget a smell. If a person I know stay at a particular place and left. The moment i get to that place. I'll know it was Guy A or Lady B

3: Some ladies natural body smell turns me on... Lol no Jokes. So ladies has the pleasant natural body odour. Not fool odour biko.. I don't know how to explain it sha.

4: I sometimes admire a lady from the way she smells. Especially her hair.. Am tall bout 6" 4.. If Girl A get close to me and her hair or body odour is bad... I go just dislike her straight, if she smells good..

5: I sometimes don't sleep at night.. Except I force my self or get High..

6: Sometimes a flash of image will come to my head. And that thought or imagination will come to pass that day or the following day.. I don't know if that what they call dejavu.

For instance now.. It kind like am seeing it happen. I might be walking , sitting or thinking. The next thing a thought or flash will come to my head.

Like " This Guy A will ask you these question, just flow with him, because he want to test you" or Guy B will give you some cash just ask him"
" Or Lady A or Guy A has something bothering him or her, just ask."

Immediately the flash comes to my head am seeing it like it's happening in my front.. Am mostly filled with doubt.. Like play play e go happen.
The one that shock me the most is if i see something bad like broken bottle, stone etc.

Or i intentionally left one of my properties outside.. Like cloth, shoe.. The moment my spirit ask me to pick it up, throw it or do this.. Like I said am mostly filled with doubt. if I disobey na my head go carry am oo. Either my footwear or Shirt will be stolen.

Maybe i saw a stone or nail. And this weird thought ask me to pick it up and throw it far away. Sometimes laziness or doubt.. " Nothing go happen jawe" i will just walk away.

That same day or the next day I will mistakenly match that nail or kick the stone...

7: Have once felt someone tap me twice at night..


Tap one was around 2am: The voice called my name and ask me to be watch.. Immediately, I stood up like Lazarus. Not quite long, i saw a cat pass through my neighbor room, walked in straight into my room. The cat looked around like it was looking for something. It couldn't find what it was looking for and left through my room wall.

Tap 2: Was around that same day . About 4-5am same hard tap. It got me angry. I thought it was my friend.. As guy I just said " Guy abeg stop I no like"


The moment i heard my name immediatly, i woke I notice I was the only one in my room..

My heart rate increase. Almost had an heart attack that night. If not for that same weird voice that told me to be calm.. And I should just be awake. With fear I said OK.. Immediately, that same cat walked in through my wall , looked again and walked out through my neighbor room.. I was encourage to pray and sleep that nothing will happen to me.. Throughout that night I slept with one eye open.. I prayed to God that I don't want to experience such including this Tap again. I'm glad my prayer was answered.

The most amazing part of this cat experience. I was as if I was dreaming. Funny enough, no light.. Like I could see clearly in the dark... Lol.

When I remember others I'll update my list.

There was a woman staying close to us. She used to come to my mum's shop when bored. One day my younger brother went to assist her in fixing sequence on materials. Then my mum asked me to go m call him after some time. I entered n saw they were tidying up her apartment. What caught my eye was an old pic that dropped on the floor. When I picked it n saw the picture my head got swollen. It was a picture of the same woman taken decades ago. It was a black and white picture. The woman was well dressed and adorned iin gold jewellery. Though the pic was taken like over thirty years before, the woman didn't look a bit older. Immeriately she saw the picture in my hand,she collected it n didn't utter a word. This was a woman who laid claim to having come different ethnic groups in Nigeria. There's no dialect she could not speak. When sdjef today she would say she's from Edo,another day she will say she's Yoruba.
One day her apartment got flooded and she came to sleep in our sitting room In the midnight when I wanted to go ease myself I saw her wrapped like a corpse sitted on the chair. I almost fainted.
A widower on the street saw n took her in. She gave birth to a baby boy but was sent packing when the husband discovered she had no single family member that identified with her . At a stage she begged my mum to claim they are related but she didn't oblige. God knows where she is now.
It's really weird.

OK, hear mind. There was this friend of mine during my secondary school days, Jss2 n 3 specifically, we were so closed that we were allotted to one bonk in the hostel, this boy when he's deeply sleeping he will be using his toes tossing mine and when I'm awake from this distraction I will shout a be calling him abusing him, it was so wierd such that I will hung my legs up n still find him tracing my legs to my toes while asleep.

It's a form of unreasonable thoughts and fear. People suffering from it thinks if they fail to do certain things at certain times, evil would happen to them or someone they know or they would feel some kind of pain and to avoid this, they tend to carry out their thoughts religiously. Some even think they hear voices telling them to do what they do and reminding them of the consequences of not doing it. It's a form of mental illness, he needs to see a psychiatrist.
