RCC is not a Nigerian company otherwise it would not have been awarded the contract. It's a subsidiary of SBI. The road was funded by EU and was ring-fenced for EU contractors. RCC passes for SBI - which is based in Europe.

They were awarded 6Kms out of 17kms of Missing Eastern Link road - and they made a HUGE MESS out of it - and as we speak haven't completed that 6kms of road I think 10yrs later.

I think they are competing with Lagos-Ibandan expressway for the longest road construction ever.

In April, the Ministry of Infrastructure said it had cancelled the contract for the 6.1km Enterprise Road stretch, a critical artery for Nairobi’s Industrial Area, following delays by RCC.

The Kenya Urban Roads Authority (Kura), which is overseeing the project, has previously blamed the delays on differences between it and RCC amid reports that the Nigerian company had received upfront payment for the job.

As you can see from my screenshot the road was over 90% complete as at 2019 when your corrupt government found a way to take the contract back. YOU are shamelessly displaying anger that a Nigerian company can come all the way from Nigeria to eat your lunch in Kenya.
