Restricting movements would prevent that if enforced and effectively monitored. There were emphasis on borders and CCTV, I think this has to do with cross border crisis.

This is very dictatorial and unconstitutional. The Governor should seek legal advice from the AG of the state before making such statements. This is not a military government.

Okowa was the first to initiate this, and it's curfew not lockdown, targetted at those night gatherings in delta state.

There is a major difference between the guidelines as issued by Okowa and Umahi.

In Ebonyi people are allowed to go about their normal businesses between 7am to 7pm. Movements are only restricted between 7pm to 7am.

In Delta the businesses are closed partially between 7am to 7pm except those on essential services and movements of any kind banned between 7pm to 7am.

Technically, there is no lockdown in Ebonyi

Use your head for once joor... That is the time of the day those outside the state including those who are sick would want to smuggle themselves into the state thereby jeopardising government effort on preventing the spread from reaching them. Intelligent fools everywhere
