I'm sorry to say, but u r getting it wrong. U can't just go to heaven because u r a believer. Bible says judgment will start from the house of God, meaning many people who believed will not make it. Believing is not enough, but *working out* ur salvation Phil 2:12. In addition to believing in Christ, u have to keep to his commands. There is something I am yet to fully understand about the Christianity some of us practice. Now to be candid, the writer is right to some extent but he or she also made it look like Christian can live anyhow, we can neglect morality and yet make heaven because we have faith in Jesus.

I see confusion in the hearts of so many Christians because they are yet to understand what Christianity is all about, is it just a life of faith or a Christ-like lifestyle or both. Hence, we see different doctrines and teachings, even the understanding of the Holy Book is shallow, is it truly God's word (I mean everything word in the Bible are expressions of God), or just a book written by men who saw the need to worship God so as to live a good life?

What you wrote up there is not remotely connected to what Jesus said about judgement day.

Unlike the fear and wrath you suggest above, judgement day is actually an opportunity for all humanity both living and dead to redeem themselves for salvation and it spans along a thousand years after which all will be tested when satan is released from abyss; the bible said about a third of mankind followed satan again and they died a second time with no future resurrection.

Once you die without repenting of your sins and become converted (born again) in Jesus's name, the person is already judged... But since God is a just God, everyone who ever lived with be made to give account of their lives on Earth, at the great white throne judgment seat of God

The two verses you quoted are both saying the same thing sir. That Bible said "After death comes judgement" doesn't mean the judgment will happen immediately after one dies. Like if a man dies immediately he shall face instant judgement, and if found guilty he'll be thrown straight into hellfire. That's not what the Bible teaches.

The Bible teaches that a day is coming in which God shall judge the world. And by the world here, I mean everyone. Prior to that day, the dead are reserved somewhere. Because the judgement will happen once and for all. That's why no human being is presently in hellfire as we speak. No one will ever face that alone.

So after a man dies, he shall face God's judgement but it's not an automatic thing. There's a time or rather a day set for that, according to the scriptures. This very day, is known as the Judgement Day.
