I believe he should be able to take care of the responsibilities of the kids but the two other wives are free to go since they are not lawfully yoked with the man....

How to make restitution after marrying more than one wife is to love your wives and continue to be a good husband to them, without being partial among them and their kids.
How do you make restitution for abortion? How do you make restitution for fornication? Do you go and un-sex(if theres anything like that) your past patner(s) abi wetin.
There are some conditions that I believe you cannot fully restitute, if you divorce two what is that saying about you, you have just created another problem or sin. Just ask for forgiveness if you're convinced it's a sin.

That is old dispensation, we are in new dispensation (New Testament). In new Testament, you must only marry one wife based on the scripture.

Polygamy is an old nature to quit and forsake after receiving a new nature of Christ (2Cor5:17). Therefore, polygamous wives are needed to be restituted, make peace, pay off, establish the kids, and face front with the first wife.

During this process or afterward, their souls might be won to Christ and start a new life in Him...
