The picture above indicates that Ben Bruce and his kids are on a shooting range which most Americans do as either as a hubby or as a way to get used to a particular rifle.

In most cases, you don't need a license or advanced training beyond just firearm familiarization and range rules familiarization which is usually required for using a shooting range in the United States.

In most cases, the only common requirement is that the shooter must be at least 21 years old or have a legal guardian present, therefore there is nothing irresponsible here about Ben and family rather you are the ignorant fellow here engaging in a topic beyond your knowledge and comprehension.
