There is only one single chart the customs use in in their Evaluation . But cars like 2014 to 2020 comes with heavy bargaining and how one can easily convince them to tow your path of reasoning. So , approach is very important . Though they could be overzealous and try to put it to us they are for revenue/ Target for federal government.
Even if one pays complete duty they still query you didn't pay exact duty . Basically, it's always good to meet the DC valuation when agent is given jobs like this and you will be rest assured that you have done your bit.

These a compromise value giving by the customs VALUATION unit duty payable only to each of the cars are 2m to 2m plus then couple with other charges .makes it to each qoute sir

There is only one Value chart but customs valuation officers are allowed a 20% discretion range on valuation and anything lower than the margin would have an issue.
Any agent that would do your job and not willing to guarantee that your car can be safely driven to as far as Portharcourt should be avoided.
It is possible to cut corners and vehicle cleared but you would certainly have issues driving it outside Lagos.

Use a tested and trust hand to clear your consignment.
