There are many Nigerian and indeed African players who have obtained their coaching licences and I see no reason why we cannot take advantage of the sheer number of qualified coaches amongst us.

It's a shame Nigerians think otherwise.

Imagine that instead of giving our own managers the opportunity and create more Stephen Keshi, in all of africa we have national teams with european managers.. Its as simple as black people are shameful and dont think... Remember that in Africa we've already had a european vice president who went on to become president of Zambia, and even he in his own words; "when they introduced me as Vice President, i thought they were kidding", thats him basically saying that he was surprised that blacks were so dumb. Don't think that my post have something to do with anti europeans, foreigns etc, no, infact i see these people as smart and wish we were taking smart actions as them instead of being submisive, docile with inferiority complex to them.

Oga dont speak folishness, majority of Nigerias managers since independence have been europeans ( including those of european descent) and which you can check out yourself. When you see a world star Nigerian boxer/MMA fighter you might see the boxer/MMA fighter but i see the brain behind him who is most likely not Nigerian, african but an european coach.
