Please house, I want to know if Special Advisers and Senior Special Assistants to Governors have their own Personal Assistants? And if they do, is it the government that pays them or their principals pay them?

Normally, they are paid by their principal but these days, their names are sneaked into the IPPIS/RMAFC database so government bears all the responsibilities
