What do they say about the man with a dysfunctional head? -Mad. We need a succession of poised leaders who are willing to step on toes, and make unpopular decisions. Let's take the government's decision to close the land borders as an example. It is an open secret that custom officers still aid and abet importation of rice into the country. How many customs officers have been jailed or sacked as a result? What is the Comproller General of Customs still doing on that seat when he can't bring sanity and efficiency into the service?. It's always been a problem of bad and ineffective leadership (aka Presidency).
