This Is The Long Queue Of People Waiting To Be Fed In Lekki, Lagos, by Individuals and not he Government. The kind gesture by the privileged would go a long way to cushion the hunger effects caused by the lock down, since people who earned daily money haven't been able to go out to hustle for themselves and their family members.

It also shows that Lagosians/Nigerians can queue in an orderly manner; which would ensure that everyone is taken care of, than the normal crowded scenes we have been seeing online.

Billions have been donated to the government, with little or no impact (my own opinion) on the masses, especially in states like lagos whose unskilled labour force like the hawkers, barrow pushers, etc also pay tax and i think they should be entitled to some kickback.

How Long Can This Be Sustained? And The Govt Still Want To Extend The Lock Down.

God bless all those who have been giving (no matter how little) to those in need.

Buhari is about the worst thing to ever happen to Nigeria.
You locked down Lagos,Ogun and FTC for one month running and you sharing palliatives in Katsina, Bauchi, Zamfara and Jigawa.
Now one got to stay hours under the sun for one plate of rice. Even before you reach house, you're hungry again.
I hope Sanwo Olu reopen Lagos next week cos if we keep waiting for the dumb fellow in Aso Rock, then we are on eternal lockdown

As in....every household would have been given 50kg of rice, 2L of vegetable oil, and 50k........APC will give theirs, and then PDP too.

What annoys me most is that Nigerians forget. Next elections, they would still troop out to vote same people. A president who went to virtually all the states during campaign is now saying its not his style to address the nation during a pandemic......ii laugh in SOWETO

Not just in Aso Rock, but everywhere.

Look at Delta for instance, with all the money they get, the place still looks like a village.

I heard those South South governor will just open drawer in their office and bring out bundles of hard currency. Don't know if it's true, but it's what I heard. What we know for a fact is the rate of development in the south south is far below the potential in development that could be attained with their huge allocation.

Most of these politicians are crooks.

What about Senators that still went ahead to buy 2020 camry for themselves amid a pandemic?

What about those legislators in the North we read about here that bought new Hilux for themselves. What is their work that each member gets a brand new foreign car?

All of them need to go, but who to replace them is the problem.

Solution if for the masses to keep revolting. If we don't like a decision they take, being that it has the potential to ruin the country, like buying cars for Senators, then we need to come out in mass to tell them no, cause it's us they are representing, not themselves. We put them there and if we say don't buy car, they either listen or resign. Same goes for all of them.
