As if that loan came, the 40% would have been paid to the consultant and the consultant will move their loot to a shell company.

I wonder why you believe a country with over N11 tr in savings is broke. Even if we are broke, $1m is still change for the FG or are you trying to say the position was given to Buhari because he is a competent leader and the best man for the job?
