I swear even me oooo. I hardly remember my dreams. But mine is not as bad as the OP's cos I remember mine immediately after the dream. But once I sleep back and wake up in the morning, I forget everything... At times, I will remember some parts of the dream during the day. Sometimes after one week sef. But I have never been able to remember my dreams exactly as it happened after waking up in the morning |

what about dreams of dogs chasing you until you say "Blood of jesus" then it disappears. Is it dog phobia or spiritual? 1 thing that always confuse me is that Any time that I mention "Blood of Jesus" in my dream the bad dream always disappears instantly what does that means? even when someone wanna shoot me in the dream, a mention of "Blood of Jesus" and the bullet wouldn't touch me. I am confused sef. sometimes, some of these Shoes, clothes, food, or even sexual immorality that we do can attract the wrong crowd 3 Likes |

Poster pray constantly. You will begin to remember your dreams. Also sleep with your phone beside you. I believe you wake up most times after a dream whether good or bad. In that sleepy state, I still use my phone voice recorder to record my dreams even in my sleepy state or sometimes writing it down. Funny enough the hand writing looks so terrible when I wake up. But it helps. Plus I even remember the faces in my dreams. Best of luck 3 Likes |

You don't have any problem. I'm no psychologist or a dream expert but I do know that dreams are fleeting mental images and dream recall is usually tricky and somewhat complicated. We dream throughout REM sleep phase but very little of those dreams will be remembered when we wake up. Most of the dreams we remember are only very vivid dreams. Some have more vivid dreams than others and so tend to remember more dreams. There are active steps you can take to increase chances of dream recall like keeping a dream journal and writing down your dreams immediately you wake up, trying to go to bed at the same time every night, there are even supplements to boost dream recall. Please pay no heed to those spreading ignorance about dreams and talking about ridiculous things like 'dream thieves'. There's nothing spiritual about dreams. 5 Likes |

mabeni: Because they are just dreams, nothing more than that! If they are to be important, you will remember them. Many people forget their dreams, some don't even know they dream. 3 Likes |

Read Psalm 23 seven times every time you about going to bed,and whenever you wake up do not quickly shift or lift your head from the point you wake from..relax like three minutes..to let your subconscious mind walk back into your soul..Thanks me later 8 Likes 1 Share |

LordShiva97: Why does he need dreams recall? So that he can increase his anxiety by attaching importance to what you already called fleeting images. I think it will do the guy a lot of good to take his mind off this and concentrate on something concrete and better. Whatever you don't recall as far as I am concerned shouldn't be given any importance. 1 Like |

mabeni: It could have a spiritual undertone. So pray before you sleep and cover yourself with the blood of Jesus. This one is often neglected but it is very important too. Cos it happens to me too. DO YOU KEEP AWAKE A LOT IN THE NIGHT? AS IN CONSECUTIVELY? IF YES, IT COULD BE AS A RESULT OF THAT. COS THE BRAIN NEEDS AT LEAST 5 TO 8 HOURS OF SLEEP. SO CONSTANTLY DEPRIVING THE BRAIN OF SLEEP AND REST WILL AFFECT YOUR MEMORY. I AM TALKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE AND MEDICAL STANDPOINT. 4 Likes |

Oyiboman69: This is really true. I used to always dream of my secondary school and the community there, like at least twice a month. In 2016, 16 years after I officially left that place, I went back to that place for a very short visit, and since then I can't remember dreaming of both school and community anymore. The same is true for my Uni. I believe your interpretation. 2 Likes |
